It gets a bit 'uncomfortable' and is making me a bit hoarse.

Think about the massive longterm benefits like health and savings and ignore the current "side effects "

Could I access to an internation school with this salary?

There are private schools with English programs, like Satit Udomseuska in Pattaya,  where terms are less than 150K, therefore affordable with your salary. Those are still better than Thai schools, but of course second to "real" international schools with international programs and tests

  3. @Troy Tempest: Just seen your post. If you travel to Pattaya after Songkran, you might want to check out these two places, which I both used to fix HP laptop issues (new battery, replace HDD with SSD):

    - Wattana Systemation on Pattaya Klang (opposite Foodland), they will order parts for you (i.e. an original HP battery for my laptop), but you might have to wait few weeks. Might give you a second excuse for travel

    - JIB Computer in Tukcom Pattaya might not have original parts, but they DO offer very good service, I used them many times, last time to change an HDD to SSD, was waiting 2 hours downstairs in Starbucks.

  4. OP: If you have the address on paper, then you can use the "enlarge/reduce" or "zoom" function that most printers have available under "options".

If you do not find this option, make a scan of the paper to your computer and then use one of the options that were explained by the other posters, OR use a snipping tool on your computer to cut out the address, copy it into a word document (use landscape for the page orientation), enlarge it there (just click and draw on a handle point in the corner) and print the document, done.

Yes.. but is is normal here (and also to tell you the truth, abroad I always give a 'reward" if anyone really leads to a sale)..

Do you live in Whale condo ?
For us there is no 'physical" manager in the condo, so no manager to help for the sale

    Have a nice day

I would recommend Paragon Properties Pattaya. They are very active and I see how many sales they do, and I actually got my house through them. It is a long established company with a record they can prove. There office is near the corner Theprasit road /Jomtien beach road.

That said... I don't know whether they will be interested in your object, it depends of course on the quality of what you want to sell. If I browse through real estate websites, there are thousands of condos of the same quality / price, so a real estate agent might already have hundreds of them in his portfolio, and at present, it is not a market with thousands of buyers. Quality objects - even at high prices - will sell quite easily, but the common of-the-shelf condo might have a long shelf time...

  6. I had your problem last year. After six month of investigation and ripped open walls (fol sule, mister, leak is thele, 100 plocent...), I decided to go with complete repiping, pipes around the house, directly inside the wet rooms, added warm water pipes at the same time, added separate stoppers for each junction

Haven't found anything and anybody in Thailand, who is fit for finding and fixing underground leaks.

  7. Few answers:
    - flooding, you should actually easily see on the outside walls of the building, flooding normally leaves marks. My main question would be, whether the house / the land it is built on is elevated towards the surrounding area, i.e. rice fields around it

    - water: where does it come from, does the house eventually have a well, is there a large enough tank in case of water outage?

    - electricity: out in the sticks, you will not be the first priority of PEA in case of outage. Therefore, solar panels or a backup generator would be advisable.
