Pay now. Otherwise you (wife) will have problems on your next interaction with DLT, be this licence renewal or tax renewal.

I had a lawyer look into it. Main question is, whether there is a father on the birth certificate. If yes, he must either voluntarily give up his rights OR be removed by a court, IF there is compelling reason for that (I.e. sexual predator).
In our case, the biological father said "yes, if you pay me...", which was the end of the discussion.

Every country you want to travel to has it's own requirements re vaccines /PCR tests, same as Thailand. Do your own research.

You live in the wrong place, so it is only your fault, 100% and indisputable!!! Never less than 22 degrees C where I live.

You can not live in Thailand, simple as that! This is what you write, and my thoughts:
- we cant get married in Thailand => your only option would be a retirement Visa/extension, if you are over 50y old
- I have 1 mil baht in cash => you would need to show 800K of that for each of your annual extensions, so you can not spend it.
- We have a house and a small farm in Thailand that will be enough for us to get by => so you have food and maybe water (if you have a good well), but nothing else
-
I have no income at all, my government denies me my pension if I live outside Europe => How do you think you can live without ANY income? How do you pay for (few examples):
- electricity for your house
- fees for immigration to renew your extensions
- school fees for your kid
- any medicine you or your family members might need in an emergency
- any transportation, if you have to go somewhere (taxi or gasoline)
- any clothes or hygiene items that your family needs
Do you think that live is for free in Thailand????

The Swiss Embassy sent out an email to its contacts, the following is a translation of the main points:
1. According to the Thai emergency decree, everybody who has a positive Covid test is required to inform the health authorities. Failure to do so can result in a fine up to 20K Baht.
2. People who are positive can be put in Quarantine in ASQ (alternative state quarantine) on their own cost. Refusal to go into quarantine can be punished with up to 2y in jail and 40K Baht fine.
3. People with severe symptoms will be sent to a Hospital. The Thai health authorities can decide whether to send the people into a field hospital or a "hospitel" (communal quarantine places).
4. People with no or light symptoms can be allowed to quarantine at home, only if
- they are less than 65y old
- they have no existing health problems that would put them on high risks
- they have a place to stay that is suitable for quarantine5. The Swiss Embassy is aware that some condo management companies have denied isolation in the condo block due to the risk for the other residents, in which case, the health authorities would then order the quarantine in a ASQ hotel, hospital or hospitel.

Well, I won't ask for the name, but as soon as I would be out, I would report the place to every hotline I could find in the health ministry and the police.

That is correct, but I don't really care, when I can do it online out of my air conditioned office... the alternative is to go to the immigration office, up to 7 days late without paying a fine (in theory), and you can get a 97 day notificattion ????

Incorrect.
You don't lose the advance days, regardless of when you apply the new 90 day approval starts from the expiry date of your previous one.
I currently have 2 90d slips on my desk - one from the immigration office directly, one from the new app - and few in the old application, all of which proof you wrong. Keep you BS to yourself and don't confuse other people.

15 days in advance. But don't forget, the day of the approval is the day 1 of your next 90d slot! So you are going to "loose" the advance days.

It shows my status as Pending.
That status is perfectly ok. It means that they are processing your information. You just have to be patient until you receive the mail telling you either "success" or "failure". On "success", print the PDF coming with that mail for your passport, on "failure", take the TM47 from the second mail and go do your reporting onsite in Jomtien, you still have few days left

I just tried it with an old one of mine and the Status popped up fine.
Just see your post... as I said above, I also see my old applications / confirmations on the old website, but since they changed to a new "app", I very much doubt that you can do a new TM47 on the old system.
Actually, for 1.5y I could not use the old website anymore, nobody could tell me why, so I had to do reports in Jomtien personally. Not a big deal for me (only 10m drive), but nevertheless inconvenient. With the new site, registration, getting password, entering data and receiving confirmation of success was less than 10 hours.

Forget the old website, go to the new app where you just registered. I started the process this very morning and got approved beginning of afternoon, worked like a charm.
When I login to the old website (I still can), I do NOT see the new 90d approval that I received from Jomtien, only in the new app. I do however see the previous 90d reports I made there, until it stopped working for me about 1.5y ago. Since that time, I had to go to Jomtien personally.-

@giddyup: You will receive 3 mail in total. First one with the confirmation for the registration and the password. Second one telling you that your information have been received (has the TM47 application form as PDF attached). Seems from your post, that you received those two mails. Third mail will be the confirmation mail, takes from hours to days, depending on the immigration office. This third mail, when confirmed, will contain the PDS that you must print and put in your passport and which also contains the date for your next 90d report.
So far, you are on track.

Most every shop and most every Thai household offers food and drinks to the ghost, which will keep evil and mischief from them. Some Thai build a shrine (the mansion for the ghosts), have the shrine blessed by a Shaman, and then they need to offer food and drinks every day. This will also give them wishes that might be fulfilled. Same as giving food to the monks and praying for the winning lottery ticket.
Red Fanta is popular, because red is for many (but not all) people the color of luck. And of course, not being stupid, the beverage industry is using this superstition for their profit.-

The orange one is Fascino and can be recommended. The one I use always offers alternatives or generics to what I ask for.
There is a Boots in Central festival, 3rd or 4th floor.
There is a pharmacy just at the corner where you drive into Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, which I can also recommend.
Otherwise get a prescription from Memorial, their pharmacy is much cheaper than BPH.

Taiwan (the beautiful gene pool fled there leaving all the industrial strength genes back in the mainland).
Vietnam (have it all, legs, boobs, face)

Bollywood actresses also look amazing, but you don't see women like that in the malls of Mumbai.
I was lucky to find a wonderful Thai girl who combined the best of Asian features - in Samut Prakarn, so convenient too.
My wife is from Isaan, NOT a "beauty", not 20 anymore (and neither 30 or 40), but she is a wonderful, caring, loving wife and mother with a beautiful character... in my eyes, that is the only relevant beauty for being together.
But for looks only, I would vote South Korean... big stunning European looking eyes in perfect slim Asian bodies...
