The PEA office is across the road from my house. When they put last months bill in the box I went over to pay it the same day and was told I was too early and that I should come back the next day. Rather than go back the next day I waited a few days and then went back to pay it. Again, I was told I was too early and was told to come back on a particular day. The day they gave me was one day after the last payment date shown on the bill which had me questioning why they would do that? Anyway, I got my daughter to go online and make the payment the same day that they refused to take my payment. All a bit weird I thought.
