Two days ago I watched a Youtube video about a vlogger who was going to a health shop in Chiang Mai, along the way, he videoed a shop that had a large sign above the entrance that proudly advertised that the shop was a vape shop. How long do you think if will take the Chiang Mai RTP to locate this "covert" operation?

    It's an old scam that dates back years ago - they claim to have damaged "black" dollar bills that you can clean using their special chemical. They offer to sell you the damaged dollar bills along with the chemical, allowing you to literally "clean up". Of course, anyone with even half a brain would ask why the sellers didn't just clean the dollar bills themselves.

    Yeah, they have a monopoly on selling them too.

    Does the time of year have anything to do with how they calculate their rates? Maybe during high season they think they can fill the place using day rates and in low season they are more inclined to strike a bargain? I'm just thinking out loud, I've never done a long term hotel rental.
