Yup, the podophyllin paint is what most doctors here will prescribe if it's one or two smallish warts in the genital area. That's the fine for an overstay of his visa which has nothing to do with 90 day reports. You can't be fined that much and can't get blacklisted for not doing your 90 day report.

If you want to transfer more than 50,000 baht a day, you need to do a facial scan, if not, then you don't. It's on you to secure your phone and the apps installed on it. I use the Wise app exclusively and it won't open or do any transfers without my face authentication. If my iphone is ever lost or stolen, I can easily just mark it as such online, wipe all the data and it becomes a useless brick that can't even really be sold even for parts anymore.
