Part of the package he needs is an SOP. I have tried surfing and only found them for PhD and master's. Has anyone out there helped a student put one together?
He and his parents have asked me to help him, and I am attempting to do so based on my project and business SOP but again TIT, so I want to make sure.
Also, can anyone tell me about the Duolingo English Test and how it compares to IELTS?
Maybe explain the acronyms might be an idea for helpful posts.

Given the cost of an EV, the only way I'll ever have one of those if it's a mobility scooter.
Till then I'm driving on petrol and happy to do so.
NZ probably pollutes less, with all it's cars added together, in a year than London does in a week.
An EV will be a rarity here, IMO, but I don't live in that cesspit Auckland, the home of the luvvies.
Question #1...why is AKL a cesspool
Question #2...What is a 'luvvie'

Fine for what...a post with no information..another fake post.
Also you are never kicked out/asked to leave on 24 hours notice.

The Thailand Government is inching closer to implementing a highly anticipated digital wallet scheme which offers promising financial aid to its citizens. The eligibility criteria for this groundbreaking initiative have been decided, with a deposit cap, income threshold, and age limit ensuring the aid is solely received by those in need.
Applicable only to Thai citizens aged 16 or over as of September 30, 2021, born before October 1, 2005, the scheme further requires that the individual's bank savings - whether commercial or state-owned - not exceed 500,000 baht as of March 31. The government has exempted its savings bonds from this count, indicating that only baht-denominated deposits count towards this cap.
The income cap, another significant eligibility criterion, is set at a yearly 840,000 baht, which will be cross-checked with the Revenue Department’s tax records for the year 2023. Multiple income sources such as salaries, contractor payments, rent, or interest will collectively contribute to this cap.
The much-awaited registration process is set to commence in 2023's third quarter, with the funds become spendable in the last quarter. The eligible spending categories remain limited to select products, and spending on services, a few online purchases, or any prohibited items are excluded.
At the helm of this initiative is Deputy Finance Minister Phaiboon Rojanasakul, whose repeated focus on intricate discussions regarding the scheme's systems and conditions has been instrumental in its careful refinement.
The digital wallet project, by bridging the economic divide and stimulating local economies, shows immense potential in catalysing financial growth for smaller vendors and citizens with less financial flexibility. Phaiboon reiterated the importance of fine-tuning mechanisms for identity verification and agency-linked data for efficient operation.
As the project gears up for launch, those who stand eligible should prepare their documents and heed the criteria to make the best of this monetary relief. When referring to Thai individuals, use their full Thai name on the initial reference. On subsequent mentions, use just the Thai first name.
The digital wallet aid initiative signals a promising step by the Thai government towards aiding citizens in need, with a blend of stringent guidelines and technological convenience. As it moves towards implementation, the nation holds its breath, waiting to reap the benefits of this financial windfall.

Have your secretary do a search...There are companies that do this. They organise everything from transport, venue room booking, all food, games, seminars etc. Easy way to do it, with no hassles. And you can of course choose which venue you want, within your budget and how far you want to be from Bangkok.

Just as a quick aside is it easy enough to get a Thai credit card ? as the reason I use my uk account is to pay my uk credit card bill when i book a flight TIA
The answer is NO. If they do allow you to apply, then you must have the card maximum credit limit amount in a permanent deposit acount(untouchable unless you cancel the card, although you will accrue some small interest)
"eg" if your card credit limit is 200k, then you must deposit 200k as above.
Obviously 'Debit cards' are easy to get and just your bank account covers transactions.

A Friend of mine had a Traffic accident last Year, not his fault but without Thai DL. After have payed a hefti Fine he was immediately deportet and blacklistet. He can do a request for a Visa at earliest 2026.
I think this untrue. People don't deported/blacklisted for a traffic accident, especially after paying the fine.
Fake story.

New mayor ordered roads pawed instead of concrete, old mayors family was pissed off.
Sorry does 'pawed' mean paved, or something else.

Couldn't agree more. People live, people die. probably another 10 or so will die today..that's just how things are.

So you've spent 20 million, but would move to another country for the sake of a 1,000 baht....strange.

If you are referring to the self confessed prostitute and procurer of women, Virginia Giuffre, you should be aware that it's not a sex offense to have sex with a 17 year old in the UK. You should also be aware that 'woman' (and I use the term loosely) has a history of making false accusations against wealthy men.
So you've got that off your chest now...what's next?

Extension done by agent almost certainly not done at Jomtien.
The consequences on not reporting back at 3 months are zero.
First point--Of course extensions are done by agents at Jomtien. Why would you say this?
Second point--This does seem to be true, but probably better to do it if asked.

You scoff at my post, but when I came into SUV at the end of July this is what the IO told me to do. Also in other threads, posters had mentioned the same for July arrivals. This IO practice may have been discontinued in August, but maybe other posters have had the same experience.

I agree with that, my daughter here in Thailand is British/Thai however the term referred to, "luk-krueng" for want of a better word, is not as far as I'm aware derogatory, not according to this thread anyway:

Of course its not derogatory...it is commonly used in daily speech.
