    One day I walked into a public toilet and noticed a guy standing at the entrance, I thought nothing of it and just walked to a urinal, the guy immediately appeared at a urinal next to me, there were no other guys at any other urinal. What sort of behaviour would you call that?

    Why not just use the proper word homosexual, or even just homo for short?

    They cannot take any payments of a British state pension, note STATE PENSION, if you look hard enough at their website you will see for yourself.

    Yes Trans thats what the DWP say, but they can say anything they want. The state pension is not a benefit, it is an entitlement which has been paid for. Although the UK government steals these annual increases from us, they cannot truthfully say they are a benefit, but when is the UK government ever truthful?

    At least the hypocrites at Downing Street won't have all these expenses any more.

    What about MP's and their "expenses"? Accepting full wages while doing two or more jobs like lawyers, company directors etc. Mortgages paid on second homes, all sorts of traveling expenses etc, etc, etc. Hypocrites, the lot of them.

    I came to live in Thailand a good few years before I was of pension age and I never knew about not getting these annual increases until after I was settled in Thailand and living up country, and not going to bars as I am a non drinker meant not meeting many British ex pats.

    I have lived in Thailand for 19 years, been to Pattaya many times although always back in hotel about 11pm. Never had a problem with anyone, though I don't drink or frequent bars.

    If I was eating in a restaurant and someone lit up, they would be in serious trouble believe me.

    Yes, they were handling my apartment booking for the UK and they were the link between me and the apartment staff, so I had to go through them everytime I had a question for the staff and when I asked them then clicked the reply I was told most times that the email address did not exist, although the odd time it did, so I would not recommend booking.com

    Do not use Booking.com they ask you to reply to an email ✉️ then tell you it does not exist. This happened to me at least six times.

    Where do you get a physical travel agent up country? The ones in Bangkok all closed during the Chinese virus and never opened again, there are two cities within about 50 Ks from me, but to my knowledge none have any travel agents. When I was back in Scotland recently there were plenty of travel agencies, in one mall there were two across from each other.

    The unelected coup leader had nine years as a PM, educated at a Military Academy with a similar IQ as an ordinary Somchai in the street. Thailand is a Banana republic and always will be.

    Yes but they will want their share as well.

    I always carried a hammer under my seat when in the UK, and I also kept a pick axe handle at my door. All it would take is someone to threaten me with violence and I would not think twice about using them. When you are alone in your house or car in a place like the UK, you have to look after yourself but in saying that I never had to use any of them.
