Is that your way of saying you were wrong? As I said, DOGE does not have statutory authority for fire people. DOGE asks Trump to fire them, and if Trump agrees, Trump gives the order to fire them. This is how I understand it from the get. The lawsuits were just the left saber rattling. Most of the lawsuits are just delaying/discrediting tactics and will be thrown out in lower courts. Some will go to the Supreme Court, most will go in favor of the Administration, some won’t. Everything is being done legally and constitutionally.
