OK, We all know Enforcement is Crap, so how about the Courts make the punishment fit the crime, or are they just as bad....

I suffer from severe hearing loss, so i am a regular visitor to ENT departments, i have'nt found better then Bangkok pattaya hospital, i have had crackling noises, they discovered it was either eustachian tube dysfuction or a middle ear infection which in turn can disturb your balance, medication was given for possible inner ear infection, but still the crackling, so its now been put down to eustachian tube problem

I would question any traffic violation from a Thai police man, they know very little about traffic laws or any other law as i have experienced I was in the outside (overtaking lane) at 05.00 one morning, indicator on , about to make a u turn, and was flagged down by a police man who tried to fine me 500b for driving in the outside lane, i argued i was in the outside lane because of making a u turn, several minutes later he waved me to drive off... thick as 2 short planks

Probably for the same reason the cops do nothing about the dozens of traffic law violations
