I would question any traffic violation from a Thai police man, they know very little about traffic laws or any other law as i have experienced I was in the outside (overtaking lane) at 05.00 one morning, indicator on , about to make a u turn, and was flagged down by a police man who tried to fine me 500b for driving in the outside lane, i argued i was in the outside lane because of making a u turn, several minutes later he waved me to drive off... thick as 2 short planks

Probably for the same reason the cops do nothing about the dozens of traffic law violations

Yes i have seen Indians sleeping on the Beach, so presumably they"re using it as a Toilet too, but Pattaya Beach has been used as a Toilet for many many years by Taxi drivers, Tourists, and the Lady's of the night, especailly close to the walking st end of the Beach

As Bangkok Pattaya boast that they are an International hospital their English language should be better than it is, and in my experience the Nurse's medical skills need to be a lot better too
