Spent ten years of my life in Pattaya. Never a sniff of trouble. Never met anyone that had a sniff of trouble. How much time have you spent in Pattaya? -
IMO buying condos in Pattaya (only market I am familiar with) is a bad investment. Doesn't mean it is a bad idea. You will probably get your investment back or close to it if you select a nicer unit in a nicer project. And you have a place to live in for a lot less than renting. But buying as an investment isn't a great idea IMO. My history I bought one in the center of Pattaya in a brand new building. Perfect location between Beach Road and Second Road 300 meters to the beach. The building was well maintained and ongoing costs properly covered as we had ALL farang owners. You might wonder how it is because the majority of the building was owned by one man operating as a hotel. The upper floors were all farang owners. When I decided to sell I did not make a profit. Doing some math with exchange rate changes I think I was about break even. But had free rent and a place to keep my stuff when back in the states. So it was a win for me.

You offer NOTHING of substance and think you did. Those numbers mean nothing in the context of your claim people are being thrown off assistance in massive quantities. And for the record I have not read the bill and have no idea what it contains. I neither support it nor dislike it. I keep an open mind and read information posted from the bill to see what it contains. That might be a good place for you to start. You might have a point but so far you seem unable to comprehend the discussion.

If seller sent a new one all is well. Mistakes (? maybe) happen. I once bought a new toilet seat at Home Depot in the states. Was on the floor removing the old one while wife unit opened the box. Errr, that isnt dust on it that is dried piss. Someone actually bought one, swapped it and returned the old one. How desperate do you have to be to return a $30 used toilet seat?

Report Cannabis Chaos: 12,000 Thai Shops Face Closure Under New Rules

I'd like to opine on the concerns with psychosis from weed. IMO this is only possible because they can make it so much more potent than the stuff from 20 years ago. That and I believe many people are using other drugs and denying it when they freak out. And perhaps some weed is laced with other drugs. So actually having it open and monitored by govt seems a good idea to prevent fentanyl laced weed out there. I don't know. I use gummies on occasion and smoke rarely and enjoy the buzz and sleep. But then when I was young I also dabbled in real hallucinogenics like LSD and never had a "bad trip". Only time I ever experienced psychosis was when I was suffering in a hospital for 3 months with my belly cut open (sternum to belly button) a tube stuck in me and pain drugs every day plus lack of sleep and food. That was no fun -

The left wingers in America hate Trump so much they hope for failure of everything to justify their hatred. They would applaud a collapse of our economy (remember they shouted joy about the short term drop in the stock markets) and here they hope against hope a military strike ordered against a clearly mad regime's nuclear ambitions failed. In short - they are bat<deleted> crazy hating on Trump and will believe ANYTHING printed that disparages he or anything he was behind. This isn't just disagreement of policy which is a laudable position. This is crazed hatred.

Electrics will be a lot more impervious to humidity changes. The guitars I kept in my condo were a Fender Stratacaster Eric Johnson made in America. The acoustic was a Santa Cruz Vintage Jumbo. Both would be placed in their cases and stored when I wasn't in Thailand (3 months at a pop) with the AC turned off for the time I was gone. They did have desiccant paks. When I was there (3 months on) they would be hanging from the wall easy to grab and play. But I also ran the AC 24 hours. I had zero issues with them related to humidity. I actually have more problems here in Arizona because it is so dry all the time. None of my wood guitars are out of their cases unless they are being played. And I maintain humidipaks in the cases with them. Have to change every few months. The electrics I sometime have out for a few weeks at a time and so far no fret sprout or other issues. Even after that I had one guitar with a split on the top that needed repair and recently an R Taylor had a bridge lifting (might have not been humidity related). Now I will say whenever I would return to Thailand after 3 months the Santa Cruz would be slightly duller sounding for a week until I guess it dried a but from the AC. Last after I sold both of those I felt bereft of guitars and bought a Yamaha ACR5. It was in my hotel room (condo sold) without AC when I was out. Then lived 10 months in friends house with AC all the time until I returned. No problems there. I'm not saying ignore the warnings. You do have to take humidity into cponsideration and I always feared finding problems on return. Not with the electrics just the acoustics. I might have been lucky.

I kept a very high end acoustic guitar (SCGC VJ) in my condo for 10 years. And I spent 3 months on and off being there so half the time the AC wasn't on. That guitar (and the Fender Stratacaster) was fine when I sold it. I have more issues with humidity here in Arizona where I have to insert humidipaks into the cases to prevent them drying out and cracking.
