  1. And in whose mind is it not clear there will be a normal midterm election? Oh right the same minds that claimed W Bush would not step down when done. And Trump would not leave office when his first term ended. The drama created in the minds of some is astonishing.
  2. That was one of the reasons I never voted for Trump in the primaries. I think the perfect area of age for a leader is between 55-65. Most of us are still 100% mentally and can take the physical toll of being president for 4 years. On Vance we'll see. I'm hoping that near the end of Trumps term we see either massive improvement in our governments spending/income and debt AND an economy picking up steam from the bottom up. If so perhaps Vance needs to be considered. If as the leftists like to think instead we are entering into a massive decline then I would entertain a DEM candidate. But they would have to disavow all the crazy far left stuff that has taken over their party. If not I'd have to vote for Ghengis Khan over a DEM. And for gods sake they MUST have a candidate better than Kamala. That has to be the worst candidate put on the ballot in my life.
  3. I am no loyalist to Trump. Nor am I a cultist of MAGA. I am also not so far lost as to grasping at straws thinking Trump is mentally unfit based on far left shrinks saying he is in cognitive decline. Unlike Biden who was kept apart from media or the public in any setting to hide his stumbling mental decline Trump is front and center nearly every day. Like him, hate him, whatever there is no comparison to the energy and focus displayed between he and Biden. It is clear the left has no clothes when all they can do is try to spin his bombastic speaking habits into cognitive decline. Instead, people who disagree with his actions should do so with thought out alternatives. That would get respect from those of us in the middle. The funniest thing is from the perspective of some members of this forum those of us in the middle are perceived as MAGA cultist Trumpbots. Funny stuff.
  4. Sooooo Trump mental decline is the latest left wing talking point? Wonder what next weeks idiocy will be. Weird how some members here spend all their time with Trump in their heads. Wonder if they ever have a good nights sleep or does super Trump enter their dreams and turn them into nightmares?
  5. I used to workout very early AM in Pattaya. My route would take me through Walking Street at sunrise as the discos were emptying out. You could smell the pent up testosterone in some of the groups milling about wondering what they were supposed to do now in their drunken but dateless selves. Got a few bad ass looks from some and just shrugged. None seemed up to keeping up a jogging pace and being a threat.
  6. Removal is the correct term. Thanks. I am unaware of any removals of children excepting when their parent(s) are deported and they choose to take their children with them. Perhaps it has happened. Probably happened under Biden and Obama as well.
  7. IMO the cause and driving factor for the people obsessed with hating Trump is mostly media and social media. Media in the USA has slowly changed from mildly biased to the left to insanely biased to the far left over the last 20 years. The same as the Democrat party. It goes back to GW Bush where they created the same hate and crazy narrative against him. Social media types were comparing him to Hitler and claiming he would not step down and would stay in power forever. Fast forward to today and now they have a guy (Trump) who instead of staying above the mud and idiocy of far left politics (which GW Bush did) he responds to it and wades right in. This makes many of his supporters happy but in the end just fuels the nightmares these brain washed Trump haters live with. They actually believe he is deporting US Citizens and that they might be next. They BELEIVE all the crazy things said about him on social media. Heck many probably believe he eats babies for breakfast. There is a touch of insanity in some on this forum and a clear need for mental health therapy. Do I like Trump? Well I like some of his policies very much. Like controlling immigration again. He is doing it much the same as Clinton and Obama did but you wouldn't think so based on how media presents it. I like the fact that FINALLY someone is trying to pare down the federal government spending even if it is done poorly. DOGE needs to continue forever in some form ending the concept that money is never ending from the government coffers for any pet project. This is long over due. I respect that he has to date not committed US troops into a war zone. I despised Biden in his term. Yet I didn't spend every morning scouring the internet for some twisted version of him screwing up to post here. I believe Biden did much to damage the USA with his open borders and failures in Ukraine and the middle east. But again, he was in office so I went about my life. This is the biggest difference between normal people and the obsessed. Every day isn't about your disappointment in the president. And every person who disagrees with you in the net isn't a "Maga" lunatic or wrong. Sometimes the other side has an issue right. This wasn't aimed at any specific poster here. Certainly not the OP. If anyone wants to know if perhaps they fall into the catagory of needing help look at your past history of threads you have started and if it is more than one a day hating on Trump..... well perhaps a bit of conversation with a mental health therapist would be a good place to start.
  8. It is really sad how a misguided mob action has been converted into an all out revolution/coup by left wing media sources. I too find the actions of those people that day deplorable and some of them merited jail time. But conflating that to an attempt to overthrow an election is a joke. Since when do efforts like that happen by unarmed people? And what percentage of those people were probably gun owners? Since when do they end in a few hours after aimlessly wandering around and realizing they had done something stupid? The retardation of expanding that into a coup is pathetic. And while I suspect some shenanigans with the 2020 election it's in the past and can not be proven. The Republicans could not prove election fraud in the amount needed to overturn the results so we were stuck with Biden. In a way maybe it was a good thing. After watching 4 years of that the American people are finally realizing how far the Democrat party has jumped the shark and even Trump is a better answer. I voted against and for Trump 3 times. Against in every primary and for ever general election. The DEMs gave me no choice. I mean seriously Hillary? Biden? Kamala?
  9. There is no way to tell who might win an election this far out. Even if he could run (which clearly he can not and he knows it) who would win depends on so many things but primarily (some smart guy once said it) "it's the economy stupid". People vote based on job security and standard of living. All the other issues matter to an extent but really that's it.
  10. Happy to make your day. It brings me much joy that I can share good on the internet.
  11. If she gets the DEM nomination I will investigate her. Honestly I don't live politics and don't know if you mean this as a joke or she is a good candidate.
  12. Trying to see the relevance to the topic of Kamala. Don't see it. BTW you need to broaden your reading if you think China isn't impressed with the tariffs. They are coming to the table as we speak.
  13. Not at all. Run one and I might vote for her. Who ya got in mind? 🤣
  14. We can agree to disagree. She was selected as the DEM candidate and had a larger war chest behind her. Years of most of the media spinning Trump into a monster and now giving her every break they could excusing her word salad. And the people voting recognized two things: 1) The DEM position on the issues is horribly flawed. An open border, men competing in women's sports, blaming Trump and white men for every problem in the world. These are not what the people believe. Yet they died on that hill. 2) Kamala is an idiot. When she speaks she shows how her brain is in some never never land and she "acts" for the camera. But poorly. Like him or not Trump is one thing and that is real. Sometimes too real for me but what he says he means. Americans prefer a real person to a fake persona. Love how Tim Waltz thinks he resonates with "real men" and was chosen for that. 3) OK had to add a 3rd item and that IS Tim Waltz. Another phony. Heck as much as I despise their politics at least AOC and Bernie are real. But they are too far left to be president IMO.
  15. I don't see how Kamala can make herself relevant again on a national level. She was a pathetic candidate. And it isn't as if she is going to get better.
  16. The sad part of this article is the belief by many that 4 us citizens, children (even one with cancer), were deported. Yet those who hate Trump will gleefully believe it and lap it up like mothers milk.
  17. I love the fear mongering that Trump (hoist the Nazi comparison flag) is deporting LEGAL immigrants. Yet when asked there is never any evidence of that. Or the fear mongering that crops won't be picked and elderly care will disappear. Yet almost all of the immigrants in those industries are legally in the states and working on work visa programs that do exist. And have for a long time. Nothing has changed there and no effort to change those programs is being promoted by this administration. There is literally no difference in how Trump is handling deportations and how Obama/Clinton did. The big difference was Biden allowing millions of un-vetted "false asylum claimants" to disappear into the US in his 4 years. Now we are forced to find and deport those mistakes. Stir in left wing media finding rare instances of legal mistakes deporting one gang banger and voila that is their argument Trump is worse than Pol Pot and Ghengis Khan rolled into one.
  18. Article mixes immigrants and illegal immigrants. Not same same. Most health care workers are here legally.
  19. I guess opinions will vary based on preferred media and bias. Many here already thought he was unhinged and glom onto any short term issue to reinforce that opinion. Personally I have no idea. I "think" he is trying to stave off the onrushing end of USA economy that has been building for over 30 years. The continued borrowing and kicking the can down the road was reaching it's obvious conclusion of a USA crash with the associated world wide economic crash. Instead of going with the flow they appear to me to be trying to fix the concept that the USA can borrow forever and be the worlds policeman and sugar daddy. It wasn't gonna last much longer. Is he fixing it? Or hurrying the fall? Above my pay grade. I always knew something like this was coming only question I had was before or after I died? Well, looks like I might live in interesting times.
  20. Idiot has seriously damaged his future with this crime. he might have outgrown his stupidity in time but now it will hang over him forever. And for what? Virtue signal to other mentally ill far leftists?
  21. I believe an ethnic melting pot can be beneficial on the long run to a culture. Problem is California cancels anyone not with the far left mindset. So I don't have an issue with color or ethnic origin. But I do have a problem with the far left mindset that has taken root and is fed by California media every day.
  22. I am deeply saddened that even 8 people voted yes. That truly is Trump Derangement Syndrome.
  23. It did. But it was nerve racking. And expensive. But wife is now a US Citizen so all came out in the end. Thanks.
