Well then send exact details to an investigative journalist. Get the whole story into the papers. Make these people come up with alibis. Lie detectors for them all. Any photos of the people on the beach. Backpackers are always taking them. We need proof.

If that story is true you and you are safely off the island and out of Thailand you need to give names. Exact details... Be more specific. The mafia on the island can't kill you all. Only when people power gets involved can the real truth be known. Who else was there, where should we be looking, who needs to take a lie detector test. Who cleaned up the crime scene. What businesses do these people own. U are aiding and abetting murderers and accomplices if you don't.

This Sean fellow seems to becoming more and more important to this case.. That said I guess we will probably never hear from him again. I have no doubt he has been well paid off. Sean my man you need to resurface and at the very least face a lie detector machine. What did u see....

It is now being suggested that these 3 were beaten and burned with boiling water to get a confession. Also the reason no Burmese fled the island was because they new their DNA would not match.. Burmese and British embassies have been notified of this... AMAZING THAILAND

No problem with either. I'm enjoying seeing a more family orientated Pattaya.

Spending most of my days at the beach I have no problem seeing these long legged 1/2 naked hot Russian ladies running around. Love the women and their aggressive nature. Its helped me keep my numbers up whilst keeping cost down lol.

Funny experience on the beach last week when an encounter I was having started to turn a little steamy. I jokingly said I might need to go and purchase a step ladder to which my new Russian hottie replied...... "Itz ok darling, we are all the same size lying down... GOLD.

Pratumnak soi 4 right behind the 9 hole golf course. Looks like he has spent more money on the fence than anything else. Typical tin roof set up. No walls, 2 small change rooms. Equipment started arriving this week. All second hand of course.

Will it be a good investment... Hmmmm. Firstly asking strangers on this forum as has already been advised is fraught with danger... . Can the people you are asking actually afford to buy one.. You'll never know. I wouldn't be asking these people... They are stuck in the rental rut.. Paying rent is absolutely dead money. Bank interest if you have to borrow the money to buy is dead money, unless your condo appreciates at the rate of the interest... If you believe what you read here then everything is overpriced therefore it should never appreciate in value..

Look at it this way.. Lets say you buy a condo for 1 million baht to live in... In the building you have bought into the average rent paid is 10,000 baht per month. You live in your condo for 10 years therefore saving the 1 million plus baht you would have paid in rent to live in the same building..of course you paid your rent in advance in ownership. Now, 10 years later you want to sell. Even if you sell at the same price you bought for you have lived for free minus the maintainence fees for the building. Sell at a loss lets say 800,000 baht, this means u have paid 200,000 baht over 10 years in rent if you will. Yes fees etc etc but find me someone who has only paid 2000 baht per month rent for a condo 300 metres from the sea. They aint out there... Especially in 10 years time... Renting is a mugs game anywhere in the world if you don't have a plan on living in the said area for some time. Real estate if you are looking to make money should always be viewed as a LONG term investment.

This advice of course is only pertenent if money is what runs your life.. If your not controlled by it do as you please..... Do your own homework and use the old grey material to make a choice that makes you happy.. After all, isn't happiness in life all that really counts...

Wow, hate to say it but that seems pricey for a beer... Having never been to Phuket I have to ask, is that really the going rate for a beer in a restaurant.. OUCH...

If you think Pattaya is to crazy you need to seriously reconsider Phuket,,,, Its crazier.

and yes no caddy but a fun little course.. Quite challenging actually, some of the greens are quite small.

Played there this time last year and it was 350 baht from memory... I can confirm 100% u can play until you drop.. Of course you can't wonder off for a few hours and come back.

Wondering down Pratumnak soi 6 today i note they seem to be constructing a very very large outdoor market between soi 6 and soi Pattaya Park. Does anybody here on TV have any inside info into how many stalls, the price to rent a stall, and who is responsible or going to be managing the site.

I have to say I'm amazed and very happy to see it is going to be an open air market. I would have thought this was absolute prime Condominium land.

Any info would be greatly appreciated..

This North Jomtien seems to be a really nice place according to TV memebers and as such I would love to check it out.. Only problem is i can't find Nth Jomtien on google maps.. Can somebody pls advise me via sois from google maps where Nth Jomtien starts and finishes.. Thanks kindly in advance..

Apparently it also has a lot to do with the ships coming into Laem Chabang dumping their waste before docking...
