  1. As an option to being microwaved, sounds cheap to me.
  2. I give in. You seem to have managed it so tell us your IQ so we can use it as a bellweather.
  3. These dangerous creatures should be banned worldwide. Surely people have leaned by now that they are prone to attack without warning and therefore aren't to be trusted. If someone has the desire to keep a dog, there are many friendly types to be had. The dog should be put down immediately and the owner prosecuted.
  4. If I decided to check out I'd choose a way which didn't endanger an innocent party. Jumping from height you could land on top of someone and kill or seriously injure them, which I'm sure must have happened on occasions.
  5. Seems to coincide with the increase in violent crime in the UK. Funny that, I can't think why.
  6. The bars in Pattaya are always dangerous if you're looking for trouble, just like anywhere else. However, they can also be very pleasant places to pass an evening as I have done many times in my 20 years living here, even though I'm a Brit.
  7. A gang of blokes in frocks attack one woman. You can't get much lower than that. I've seen several reports during my time here of women and elderly men being beaten up by gangs of locals. I notice a nightclub doorman was involved in the beat up of the guy. What a surprise. Nice to see the motorbike taxi riders attempting to stop the beating, they usually join in!
  8. What complete and utter blx. I'm an 81 yoa family man with children, great grandchildren and great grandchildren. Been in full time employment until retirement age. Never been in trouble with the police, yet have a few tattoos, most of which I got as a young man. I've known many fine upstanding educated men of means with tattoos and more than a few complete a-holes without tattoos. My wife says that the king has many tattoos and you can't get any higher in the social order than king, can you?! Would you stop a king from entering a country because he has a few tatts?
  9. Hardly surprising. Would you share anything with Starmer and his cabinet of treacherous nutters?
  10. People who say "bro" and "y'all" jar me.
  11. Those farang with no food or drink are mainly French. They arrive early morning and stay half the day, shouting at each other across the small table as though they're conversing across a car park.
  12. I don't miss him! Not even slightly. Did so much to ruin the cause of racial harmony. Almost as big an anti white racist as Al Sharpton.
  13. Has AN been bought out by The Guardian?
  14. You mean the innocent Palestinians who voted Hamas into power and cheered and spat when the hostages dead and alive were paraded through Gaza?
  15. No more Trump topics? That'll be difficult being that he seems to get a mention in almost all threads on here, however unlikely they appear. He seems to live rent free in the head of an awful lot of deranged AN posters.
  16. Beggar victim profiles, how about offender statistics.
  17. I've lived here 19 years, moved several times, but still haven't found a quiet place to live. For the last 12 years or so I've lived on the edge of a golf course in a small community of executive type houses outside of a small village. Sounds ideal, but it's within a kilometre of two colleges where they have regular music festivals, very close to a temple and there are very noisy dogs in some of the houses in the community. But the killer is over the last year or two, lots of pool villas have been built in the area, where Thai tourists come at the weekend and holidays to let off steam. These all have very powerful sound systems and the bass noise passes through the walls and windows of my house no problem. I know from past experience that if I move elsewhere in this country I'll just find more of the same so I put up with it, I'm too old to move and the UK's no longer for me.
  18. Without saying too much, "Which country of origin?" was my first thought.
  19. The same controls should also apply to food. I don't know how many take away meals I've had to bin because they've been laced with sugar. Almost like eating a dessert. I always ask the wife to stress "No sugar" when she buys mine, but a lot of the time it's already been added.
  20. Smelled like someone burning tyres in the Phoenix Golf Course area early this morning. I did something that I rarely do, especially when exercising and that was to wear a mask.
  21. Yes, the press always banging on about DEI and multiculturalism yet cant wait to mention colour and sex when it's referring to something good. If it's a bad happening, the details have to be dragged from them. Four astronauts, that's it.
  22. Has it happened before in Holland? Then it is the elephant in the room and unless people start admitting the obvious, Europe is in for heaps of trouble.
  23. He appears to be saying we should all be happy to allow millions of illegal migrants into our countries. I suggest therefore that he sets an example by throwing open the gates of Vatican City to anyone who wants to settle there and using it's vast wealth to look after them. I have a feeling that this is a case of "do as I say", not "do as I do".
  24. I reckon painfully slow and hesitant local drivers cause more accidents than speed merchants. Being stuck behind them sometimes makes me lose the will to live!
  25. It isn't important where they hail from, it's their religion which is the giveaway.
