Absolute and utter codswallop. Unfortunately as someone previously said, they either misinterpret the rules or make their own up...!!! ???? I hear stories like this often. Fortunately where I am, never had a problem in 11 years. -

Have to say that after reading some of the horror stories of various IO's around the country, Hua Hinian expats seem to be blessed with one of the better run IO's. Me and "her indoors" have never had a problem with HH IO in 10 years. -
