Septic tanks can be used as water tanks too. So that means they can Always be entered for cleaning or reparing if needed.

In Thailand, and probably in more countries, everything is possible in about 3 days. As long you pay extra.

My gf and her sister sometimes get a box with vegies and fruit ( don't ask why ???? ) from home in deep south. It arrives in area Pathum Thani in 3 days.

You are so right about that. If 1 of them get sick it's very possible the whole bunch will die.

Did somebody ever take a look at Koh Payu on google maps?

There is just trees and i'm not even sure there is food on them for feeding these monkeys.

And i don't want to be one of those who bring food with a boat to many, maybe, starving wild monkeys. 

In temples they warn you for not feeding them and can find many movies of monkeys "attacking" peoples so they can steal their food and drinks.

I also wonder how many times a week or maybe a month they bring food for them.

Many peoples are against zoos but i think this is much worce.

I come to Thailand since 1993 and never had 1 day overstay.

Just wonder what lame excuse a tourist can have for not leaving Thailand on time when his travel time or visa has finished?! Just 2 excuses can be acceptable: being in the hospital (or not be able to travel because of a medical problem) or being in jail ( or a juridical procedure).

For an expat it can be slightly different because everybody can forget his 90 days report or something else he need to do for keep or renew his visa. But have an overstay for months and even years there is just no legal excuse for anybody.

Let all those who don't have a ticket work for the minimum wage of 325bht/day until they have money for a ticket and the 20000bht fine. So many beaches, roads and other places to be cleaned and maintained.

Better then what my stupid gouvernement does: illegal in the country?! Here is your "8 day's leaving the country notice". Oh you have already such a notice and not voluntarily left? Wait we will bring you again to the police station and spend a few hours for new paperwork and give you a paper for; leaving the country voluntarily within 8 days. And this goes on and on.
