I use XE money transfer. First times it was free. Not sure it was some kind of promotion. Now i pay about 50bht/transfer. First times it took days before the money came to Thailand. Last times me used it is transfered in less then 1h.

been there done that. It is a "legal" pyramid scene. Those on the top get all the money. Those at the other end make peanuts. There are just to many in the so called bottom line. And it is not only in Thailand. All over the world the same story. The products are not so bad but expensive yes. Not waist your time for try to make a second salary every month.

depends on what you are looking for. They all feed you farang food not real Thai food. So if you go for the food can't help you but if you just wanna have a nice relaxing time i would go for the trip with the old rice barges.

Been in that regio this y and they really not take good care for their horses. When no have peoples for a ride they let the horses standing in full sunshine without me see even a bucket of water. One man did an attempt by park the horse near a tree so the horse had 40cm of shade. But for the visitors, i counted maybe 20 peoples at the moment we were there, they had many tents for shades.

Accualy , i think, there isn't a tipping practice in Thailand. Ok in the big cities they used now foreigners give tips and maybe expect we give. But this year we made a round trip Nan-CM-Nan and visited all the cities on the road. I like to eat in small restaurants where only Thai come to eat. And this year, again, i did have 4-5 very confused waitresses when i gave them a tip. My wife did need to explain them it was a tip. In hotels me usual leave 100bht/a night with a max of 700. And also in the hotels sometimes they come run after me for bring back the money because they think me forget or call the front desk ask them for them to hold me for give back the money.

AND??? I was born with a leg 1cm shorter then the other. Never had any issue with that. And, as i read here sometimes, he surrely should be happy have still his leg!
