Someone's telling porkies

He's going to sue the Australian news paper, this should be very interesting
He is all over the Australian media, google him for some interesting reading,
I don't think it would be wise to put up all the links here
"Thai minister to sue Australian newspaper
A Thai minister says he will sue an Australian newspaper that reported he had spent four years in prison for heroin trafficking."

Whats going to happen when the Thai Government starts asking Retirees to prove where they got the Bht 800,000 needed in a Thai bank or for that matter where any of us got our money from to purchase properties in Thailand.
Will we need to show our tax records from our home country going back many years.
Don't laugh, it could happen

Netease, you should close your windows during night time when it is dark / you sleep.
People will not stop burning their trash for you. I always use aircon at night, no matter what time of the year, just because I know someone is going to burn some plastic next to me, more often than not.
Year I close all the windows and doors but doors don't seal well and my health is normally good, But the article is about Tourist numbers down and I believe what happens to me could be one of the reasons

I mentioned that many expats need an FTT in front of their deposits in the bank book in order to show funds coming in from abroad for a visa extension and that this was an existential problem for many. I said that I have a BKK account and my last transfer went over Kasikorn and shows an inland transfer which wouldn't be accepted by immigration. I also mentioned that from posts by expats on TV forum it appears that many are now are losing confidence in Transferwise's ability to show compliance with the wishes of immigration and are preparing to transfer money through other sources.
I found the same with my last 2 transfers "inland transfer"

The only innovations I have seen in Thailand over the last 15 years are anti-farang measures. Every thing else; floods; police inaction; road deaths; corruption at all levels; stays the same.

Guilty or not he will be in jail for a long time before the case gets to court if he gets bail he wont be allowed to leave the country. First trial will definitely find him guilty could take 4 years then appeal another couple of years then to the Supreme court another couple of years. Bail would be around BHT 1,000,000. I'v seen this before for just a couple of thousand dollars

Ever heard of a "fake" LV handbag...?
The products showen is not Botox they are cheap Korean products. Google Botox to see the difference

Botox is a brand name and should not be used in the head line, they should be called injectables, The heading could damage the Botox product

I wouldn't do that, at any time they want you out they will find a way and you won't get your money back

I think you will find in these buildings most owners are from China and therefore the body corporate would be made up of Chinese, so bylaws would not be unforced
