  1. If he can get away with it, He could make a fortune by building more and renting them out or selling them, I think many people would like a couple of weeks stay on something like this, passing boats would call in to visit. Maybe this is a test run and if he gets away with it his real intention might be to build a billion dollar resort with boats and sea planes to take guests to nearby countries. I think he is just someone thinking out side of the box. Imagine being able to build resorts around the world without having to buy land or be under government control and Tax's. I think he would get a lot of investors. I can see why Thailand is scared of this possibility of opposition tourist resort

    Two questions here...

    1. the above info doesn't explain how Immigration will conduct the "three months after" verification???

    2. All of the above only seems to pertain to retirement extension deposits and income, and seems to make no mention or change regarding marriage extension deposits and income???

You give them your Banking details and Password

  4. I took my Trained German Shepard with me to Thailand many years ago, one time I was walking along Pattaya beach footpath in the day, 3 dogs came off the beach which were with there owners sitting on the beach, the dogs started to attack my dog, my dog will not act unless I give command, the Thais started laughing then I gave the command go, it then grabs one of the dogs by the neck and holds it to the ground the other dogs run off, the Thais start screaming their heads off I called my dog off, Guess who had the last laugh

A monthly Transferwise transfer from your U.S. account to TFW and then onto a BKKB account MIGHT cover what Immigration wants to see, given that BKKB records TFW incoming transfers as international ones.

The only unknown question about that approach is BKKB confirming that they'll be willing to issue the kind of foreign transfers letter Thai Immigration is going to want to see based on incoming TFW transfers.

This is what mt BKKB shows on my statement from TFW

Check out Transferwise's Borderless Account. It solves many of the problems discussed here especially the problem of transferring exactly 65k baht each month.

    Fees are low as well.

I use them, they are great, But it doesnt have the details how you got the money, in my case I transfer it to TW from one of my many Aus bank acc, also I wait until the rate is high for me I might have to wait awhile for rate to go up, I am waiting until my house is finished then will need marriage Visa, So I am confused

The drivers are under tremendous pressure to complete the runs as quick as possible to maximize profit for the van company.  But I guess the idea of taking the van company to court doesn't work here.  So, more energy shots, pedal to the medal, and yaba for overtime.  Good luck passengers!

Sorry I don't believe that, They just like to drive like a racing car driver, that's just my opinion
