  1. No link to prove any of this information for all dr google here, fact and direct experience I am sharing . Thank you. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand

Are you willing to share " fact" ?

  2. Dear ubonjoe,

With all due respect, or not, exactly why do you have to sound so arrogant when it comes to what someone thinks their visa is called? Someone says they have a Non OA visa and you always say, "no you dont," it is an extensionof what?

Maybe you could enlighten us all on what exactly what visas we do have. After all we do have some kind of visas, so what are they?

Please list the visas we have and why it is so dam_n important to state that someone does not have the exact type of visa they believe they have. My Passport is stamped until February 2015 and says Retirement. What should I call what I have? In my mind it is a Non OA but..

Thank you in advance for your expertise in all Immigration matters.

If you have a stamp in the passport which says "retirement" the O/A "visa" once held is finished , dead, gone away and of no further value ! smile.png

What you have , in all probability, is an "extension of stay" based on retirement NOT a "visa".

  3. Perhaps mims has not launched their 2014 edition Sheryl, for all Tramadol order now, being pharmacy clinic or hospital, ones have to prove they have license for substance controlled as same as pseudorphridrine. I can not be any happier, hopefully they will come to antibiotics soon to stop this nonsense antibiotics overused. Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand

As your knowledge appears to be limited ------------WHAT is "pseudorphridrine " ?

May I suggest you post a link where we can all read about the re-classification of "Tramadol"

    Thanks smile.png

  4. Why not consider obtaining an "extension of stay" based on marriage or retirement, which would last a year , is renewable and together with a re-entry permit allow as many exits entries required.

Such an extension is best made from a NON "O" visa but can also be undertaken from a tourist visa.

You would need to meet certain financial requirements .

I would advise against the O/A visa which requires police and medical reports. Obtaining this visa is complex, time consuming and expensive !

  5. If you are over 65 and in receipt of a pension you only have to provide evidence of this, there is no further demand regarding money in the bank (although it helps of course) thumbsup.gif.pagespeed.ce.dtxKiAJ9C7.gif alt=thumbsup.gif pagespeed_url_hash=1443177670 width=25 height=19>

Thanks for your reply. That was the case last year but is it still applicable ???, can anyone point me to a Thai Consulate /Embassy website that states that facepalm.gif.pagespeed.ce.EuN79TyYk_.gif alt=facepalm.gif pagespeed_url_hash=4031585225 width=24 height=18>

What is your Nationality and what is the Nationality of your partner.

Will the wished for divorce be amicable or contested ?

All have a bearing on any advice you may receive

    NB

    Edit

    Spelling

both are U.S, so what can i do?

So sorry --------I am not American and have no knowledge of US divorce processes.

Have you contacted your Embassy/Consulate for advise.

  8. Best you ask the DR. who originated your treatment.

It is virtually impossible to identify your medication from the description given.

Really? I thought all pills were identifiable. Not only that, there is a strong possibility that I'm not the only person in Thailand taking this particular medication.

It was you who removed the possibility of identifying the medication.

There are dozens , maybe hundreds of possibilities.

Take your broken pills to a pharmacist if he/she is feeling brave they may attempt to "identify" the medication.

It is your decision whether to accept or reject the "identification "

  9. I got married at our local office, rather than trying to register your Aussie marriage get married again at the local, you get your marriage certificate right away.

You only got married once, your Aussie marriage is legal in Thailand and fully recognised. If asked about when you got married, your Aussie marriage date is the correct one, not the date of your 'marriage' in Thailand.

Not to mention the "distortions" of truth which must have been indulged if the necessary paperwork was obtained for a "legal" Thai marriage.

  10. Is it B1900 to extend for all nationalities? My Pinoy wife pays only 800 for a visa run. Sent from my MyPhone A919 Duo using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app

All "extensions of stay" cost 1900Bht. These extensions can only be obtained from an immigration office.

Suspect your wife is doing something else. She certainly is not obtaining an "extension" by going on a "visa run"

  11. Your world is full of calendars and clocks. Your mobile phone has a calendar and an alarm function fffs! How difficult is it to calculate when you should leave?

Another "Alice in wonderland" kind of post.

As everyone's life is different, it's too simple to say that because your particular situation make it easy to overcome this strictness in dates, it should be the same for everybody else too....what do you know about every single person private life???

You are too "easy" my friend, and i don't mean it in a good manner, same as that other genius before, with a greek flag.

    You are right !
