Seeing that baby go free made me cry.
There are Thai people with a good heart

yeah he can spend his money for what he wants.
If it is clear that he got it lawfully and free from corruption
This he could have proven by listing it when asked about his fortune.
He did not do it - so it's clear the money was ill gotten - until he proves the opposite - which he avoids.
It should be him who is in trouble not Teearakiat.

don't call him dog.
Dogs are decent animals. They don't deserve to be compared with scum.

It actually said that the foreigner hit first. That´s just too stupid. He should have paid the rent in time.
Oh yes, the victim started it - says the opponent
Do you believe a potential perp when he says - without proof - the victim started it?
What is the victim's story?

Thank you for your valuable advice. Helped a lot aready.
Any recomendation of a decent company or a driver so that they will be waiting at the airport when we arrive?
-
We are a family of 6. We rented a house in Jomtien End of July.
So we'll need transfer from and to the airport. In the internet I found the pice about 6000 Baht both directions inclusive.
Do you think that is ok?
Advice very much appreciated

It is the right signal from the PM. It could be a beginning.
But he should send a few trustworthy and well trained survival fighters to protect him.
First because the ranger deserves it and second to encourage other government officers to act with integrity..

Even if it seems she will be ok. She will never be the same.
I am not talking of the psychical trauma
She lost her spleen. And without this organ the body is
not complete anymore. Not only regarding immune system.
This means she deserves a very high compensation
Nobody should "say everything ok, forget it" after she recovers, which I very much hope she will do

Would be nice to see real proof that he earned this outstanding amount of money in an honest way.

Hopefully they will be made to pay back what they overcharged - and may more victims will claim refund.

Nissan Almera relatively a new car so I bet she stepped on wrong pedal
I bet she stepped on no pedal.
She was totally unaware of the traffic. Her foot just rested on the accelarator.
As soon as she woke up from the noise of the crash
she was able to hit the brake and it worked very well - as seen in the movie
Anyone still believing in brake failure in LOS?
They should make the owner and driver fully responsible for the saftey of the car.
If brake failure is claimed they have to pay for the police to check it. And if not proven
they are proven guilty with all consequences and an extra expensive punishmnent for
not taking care of the car's safety and for lying

Perhaps worth understanding the placebo effect: https://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=31481
Never mind it is placebo effect - If it cures: use it
patients don't need scientific reasons why they get better. It's enough to be cured

The Junta is in power because of the big problems Pheu Thai created.
So it boils down to Pheu Thai created big problems - not solved them.
Logically there will always be at least one problem more that the Pheu Thai created then the Junta.
