  1. "Officers say they will investigate the incident and are concerned for the good image of Thailand. "

I am surprised that nobody said they are concerned about the health of the man.

    Clearly shows their priority.

When I look at that foto things like fractured skull, brain hemorrhage, ruptured spleen or liver, rib fractures come to my mind

Die Welt and Tagesspiegel newspapers have both reported that the perp is one of Merkel's Migrants, either from Pakistan or Afghanistan.

Time for the progressive media to go into action:

    1. He was mentally ill

    2. This had nothing to do with Islam

    3. We must be more inclusive and welcoming

when the officials say it has nothing to do with Islam - it has for sure

when the officials say it might have to with Islam it means the evidence is so overwhelming that they just don't know how to deny it

when the officials say it has to do with Islam    ..... will never happen

I hope nobody will believe BS of this kind anymore  .... yeah it never has to do with Islam

Half the sex in my old colleges wouldn't pass that criteria.  As often as not. both parties were drunk out of their eyeballs.

It becomes non consensual when one party says, "no" or passes out.  Edit:  If you can hop on the back of a scooter, hold on and not fall off, you are physically and mentally capable of saying "no".

With all the caveats about the age of consent in place, of course.

hop on the back of the scooter - that's HIS version

    His story is absolutely unbelievable.

Oh, yeah, after the "consensual" sex she wanted to enjoy some time iin this romatic area in sweet solitude and enjoy the memory  .. . So she refused his kind offer to take her home ...

  4. the problem with reports like this is that they always pretend this group is a political formation fighting for freedom and democracy.

    Nothing farther than this.

In truth they are a group of violent mercenaries, many of them got unusually wealthy,  who fight for their leader who enriched himself by squeezing out the country and would like to come back to the troughs and promises to share wit them.

  5. Your motto

Don't look where you don't want to go...

    is wrong

I had an accident with a woman on a motorcycle. She looked exactly, where she wanted to go ... across the street.

But she did not look where the heavy and fast traffic was coming from. So she hit my car... fortunately no serious injuries.

But it took some time to convince the police that it was her fault and she had to pay the fine -not me. (Even if they tried hard to make me pay)

    Little news so far.

The arrested (last seen on the video) has been questioned for a couple of hours and released.

He is supposed to be Bulgarian.

Whether he lives in Berlin or not is unclear.

Police is optimistic to catch the culprit.

Anyway Bulgaria belongs to the countries of risk. Only completely checked individuals from this pit of evil should get a limited visa to Germany but not without  close controls. And first of all they should have to prove that they can  pay from a legal source for their stay while in 'Germany. Let Thailand be an example.

I think this is part of the "Big Plan"

The Mig Bombs causes tensions in the societies in Europe. One of the possible logical counter-action from the population is to vote an iron hand to drive the country out of this mess. Who will be selected, with what kind of background?  Can you guess?

    Big plan?

So the "far right" -whatever this may - be let the scum in in order to be elected ?

    I thought it was Merkel

"unprovoked ": this is point that I would not bet on.

Might be she denied "approaches" before and/or used insulting language.

    Who knows.

If denying approaches is a provocation - what is not?

From what I could see on the bill there was something called PV (could be referring to the bleeding from the Vagina) and ultrasound. There is also the transfer to the other hospital and an overnight.

There is nothing there that would indicate any costs above a few hundred dollars, not $3,000 (100,000 Baht) or so. Lets say $50 for the use of the ultrasound and another $50 for the interpretation, $50 for the consultant obstetrician, $100 for the transfer and another $100 for hospital stay. That makes $350, not $3,000.

PV means per vaginam and is nothing more than the normal gynecologic examination, having a look into the vagina / portio with a lamp and palpating with the finger. The woman lying typically on a chair with spread legs and labiae. Usually done in less than a minute. Should be not more than 100 Baht
