    The big difference being that Thailand doesn't offer the 'free stuff' to foreign nationals that many Western countries do.

    How much is he making out of cannabis? We have a similar situation in the UK, they have proposed measures to reduce tobacco smoking, but a certain politician is paid way more (by BAT) than the taxpayer pays him to stop it from happening. The same was happening when he was health supremo.

    The Daily Telegraph often runs articles about beautiful towns or beaches only an hour from London. There's me thinking it's not gonna be beautiful for much longer then!🤔

    Another table would be interesting featuring only airlines that aren't state-owned/backed. Thai would've gone bust 20 years ago if they weren't.

    Yes, we pretty much fixed their unemployment problem for them, whilst also paying them millions. The UK now has 10 million migrants (overseas-born people)...and 9 million 'economically inactive' natives, so that's worked out well then. (Also 7 million on NHS waiting lists)😊

    Some companies in the UK have almost replaced their local workforces with migrants, legal (unskilled) migrants. Maybe the Thais are on to something? (Many of those are Polish too).

    I got the impression that it wasn't because notes were marked or damaged, they either didn't have change for 100 bucks, or they just didn't want to get rid of so many smaller notes.

    Up until recent times it was only 3 metres wide in places due to erosion.

    It's possible that the sachet of coke slipped between the pages of his passport when he put the passport in his pocket.

    Probably used to do similar wherever it is he comes from, until it became known about. Part of the reason why he's in Thailand.

    I always kept a roll of 20's, fifties & 100's in my pocket purely for this reason. (Also tried to avoid having $100 bills in Cambodia cos it could be incredibly hard to 'break' them).

    Many year ago I was on a Thai B747 upstairs in business class, I was in the rearmost seat, which wouldn't recline, it was placed in such a way that the rear bulkhead was so close behind it that it couldn't recline, it wasn't like there was a problem with the seat itself.
