It's a valid point Dicky, but the 350 has got it's legs in the cheaper ADV150 camp, not the dearer X 750 camp - i guess it can't be all things to all men .....

i'd be in the market if it wasn't like riding an old bath tub and wasn't such a saft price no strike that - i wouldn't be interested... If i wanted a bike that could go decent distances - i'd get a proper bike that would be a blast to ride... For that price, you could get an X-ADV 750 for some long distance rides and an ADV 150 for wizzing around town and with the change get a months "all you can eat" pass as foxy chix a go go .... .

What about me ? i'm 37, so i guess a "young crusty" .... I hate loud exhausts with a passion ... People who put them and annoy the great unwashed should have the bike confiscated and loud pipe destroyed .... right, off me soap box.. .

I guess someone got to be "first out of the trenches" - but it wouldn't be me .... You deviate from the norm, you'll probably live to regret it ..... I remember a couple of years back going to the launch of the then new Benelli Leoncino 500 - 215,000 Baht asking price as i recall.... Last week i saw a sh/h one at a dealers for 89,900 Baht ..... Thats one hell of a kick in the teeth for the original owner ....

certainly knocks those gsxr's out the water ... looks like an RD350 engine ...
