Wow. If I was a Thai multi billionaire golf course owner (who make their fortune with a business that has nothing to do with golf) I too would be having sleepless nights worrying if my golf course was going to be among the 30% that fail and is turned into farmland.
Actually, National Park land, it has been alleged.

My understanding is that a pink card is not acceptable, because 1. it does not carry your passport number, 2. the name etc. are in Thai, and 3. it is, in theory at least, only valid in the province of issue.
Your Thai DL does carry your passport number, but there could be a problem if you have renewed your passport since the last renewal of the DL, as the numbers won't match.

Hopefully all the clubs that said "Thai's Only" during the pandemic. Like Waterford Valley in Chiang Rai province.
You all have sufficient self-respect not to go back, don't you?
Will you go to the golf course owned by the foreigner-hating health minister, in Khao Yai?

I am greatly concerned about this virtual plane. Did it sustain any theoretical damage? Was it a virtual writeoff? Does Prayut have enough insurance cover for a hyperthetical payout to the virtual owners of the virtual plane? Could we substitute an actual aircraft...preferably an unmanned drone...please?
Here is a picture of an unmanned drone:-.........

Millions of Thai and others have been eating them for hundreds of years - and have not been ill or died by them. There are many stupid people in our govt but these blokes in the Agriculture Ministry must be the stupidest of them all. I say sack them all as they are useless persons.
Millions of Thais have died over hundreds of years. Maybe if they had not been eating these herbs they would still be alive. Immortality discovered at last!

It was perhaps the exercise he took to get to Big-CX which sufficed. I am surprised to see the place in Foodland as being recommended, elbow to elbow dining does not suit everyone.
It was the food I was commenting on, not the ambience. Besides, with the "New Normal" elbows are not allowed!

Like the PF the start surge can be extremely variable, I've not really looked in to it, but the better lamps have a series NTC that limits the inrush and gives a degree of soft start. Cheap lamps don't, so turning on at the peak of the mains cycle puts 350V across the uncharged filter capacitor with the current limited only by the rectifier.
Ah! Is that why LED lights of any and all types suffer sudden random death, despite the "guaranteed" billion hours lifetime?

Thank you for all the input!
Talking to the neighbours is a non-starter, they are not resident, right now, only the workers putting up the ugliest window and door grilles I have ever seen, installing these cameras, and building two-storey granny flat come garage in the front garden - thankfully we can't see it from our side.
I object on principle to having to spoil our limited views of the world by fitting film, net curtains, etc., etc., especially as we like to have the windows wide open for airflow. If they really want to see my ancient body, good luck to them, but my occasional guests are a different matter.
So, I will be buying one of those IR floodlights, and mounting it directly opposite the offending camera. I have considered whether cooking the camera with a laser would work, but where would I source such a thing? Laser pointers and the like would not, I think, be powerful enough, and industrial stuff too dangerous and expensive. Then there's the legal consequences of damaging other peoples property.

Khun Prayut graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy. Like his direct predecessor, Anupong Paochinda, and former defence minister Prawit Wongsuwan, Prayut is a member of the army's "eastern tigers" faction.
Our Khun Prayut studied in Class 12 of the Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School before moving on to Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy in Class 23.
A former commander of the 2nd Infantry Battalion of the 21st Infantry Regiment, he has also held the posts of commander of the 21st Infantry Regiment, commander of the 2nd Infantry Division, and commander of the First Army Area. He was later promoted to Army chief-of-staff then deputy Army chief, eventually assuming the top post of Army commander-in-chief.
Khun Prayut is the chief of the National Council for Peace and Order
Our Khun Prayut Chan O Cha became the prime minister and NCPO chief in August 2014.
So not very well educated then. Just clawed his way to (nearly) the top of the tree, in spite of his mediocrity. Or nepotism, or paid his way?

That is a suck job, not a <deleted>. For a <deleted>, you stick the hose in the other orifice, on the top.
It's quite a good idea to empty the thing and clean the filter before you go, otherwise you could end up with a lot of stuff going where you wouldn't really want it!
