No its not, its about vaccinating children under 12 months. You are posting irrelevant information concerning the pandemic in general, I think there are enough threads running already. UK no longer recommends vaccinating healthy children, in fact they dont even offer it. This is the type of information posters with children will want to read in the event they are weighing up pros and cons, not much of the historical data concerning adults that you are posting.

The clarification was needed because many jumped the gun and did not read the article thoroughly enough because of misinformation such as something along the lines that Thailand's largest public hospital was being overun.
