My friend tried same. 

US Embassy in BKK invited her and made it clear that they suspected her not to return to Thailand but probably working in the Red Light area. 

All documents might have been even doctored. 

So don't hope it will work. 

However, if you would marry her..... ????

No, they are not! Licenses were given to countries who were expected to meet GMP practice. 

But to manufacture a vaccine is not an easy thing like beaking a bread. 

As you know the King's lab tried this business. However, where are the urgently neeeded Astra Zeneca vaccine? Never heard again.

Also the WHO collected billions of dollars to supply vaccines to poorer countries.

That's an open question nobody can answer at present. 

Children from 12y up are recommended to have their vaccination. Time and research will tell how to handle this pandemic in future. 

Will we have to have a jab when just born? Or will be some medication next year? 

What we know is that the virus is spreading in different variants and that a jab can safe your life. ????

Thailand is depending on China to an extent that there is no money to buy vaccines except the Chinese stuff nobody wants - not even Prayut and cronies.

And because it was done with US institutions doesn't qualify at all.

2. Any preconditions? 

3. Tested only after 2 weeks? What about 4,12,36,52 weeks e.g?

It's just a paper doctored by Thai government to calm people and to trust Sinovac. ????
