Couple years ago a bogan aussie sat next to me in a bar, difficult to understand what he was banging on about, showed me how to cut someones throat, i made my excuses and left ASAP, be careful of aussies. Some Brits do have very strong accents, not easy to understand -

Scots are British Welsh are British English are British the difference is many Scots and Welsh prefer to say they are Scottish or Welsh, also many English refer to themselves as English, i do especially when you see how negative Scots can be, not experienced Welsh being negative, maybe they are

You can get gonorrhea of the throat from oral and may not know you have it as they generally don't test for it and it won't be picked up in a urine test, you need a throat swab. Condition can start effecting other organs incl Brain -
Hard to say whether 2,100 baht is the correct price or not, need to compare with other private hospitals, my experience of Red Cross here is good so hopefully it's the right charge
