Based on my travels around Australia i concluded they are a bit caveman like, basic, with some exceptions, Aussie girls are worse, ladets. Being in Thailand hasn't changed that view except Aussie girls have got fatter -

Occasionally i get the same problem, if they finish early, like 50 mins, give no tip and tell them why and/or for a repeat massage show them the start time on your phone and say 60 mins ok? keep it friendly, just making them aware you want the 60 mins -
if you are happy working keep working for longer
