    yes it does i have a partial sea view and mountain view, but people bang on about seaviews and they are over rated, i see better views when out and about outside Pattaya

    For me it's about hedging my bets, I didn't want to spend too much buying a place in Thailand, remember they can kick us out anytime, make the retirement financials stupid high. Money is better invested elsewhere, but I appreciate people like bragging rights, so many bedrooms, sea view etc etc yawn yawn

    Many people buy from Asia City Motors in Bowin, they are on facebook, try and get Grail on Line or messenger but i hear she may have left, others English isn't great. Cheaper for sure

    I agree with the above post, 90 day extension sounds fishy, so probably incorrect. Check passport carefully, post on here photo if you can Agents usually get 90 day non imm O + 1 year extension so 15 months, it's not clear why that didn't work. Op is you putting 800k in the bank possible?

    No it doesn't, BoT has a lower interest rate of 2.25% where the banks haven't tried to pass on. GBP exchange rate has held up well against THB for a while now even with interest rates going up to 5.25%
