    Why don't you set it up as a Signature, it would save you typing it in everytime and those of us who are bored of reading it can put your signature on ignore, pointless anyway when your board name is the same

    I can understand people want to complain when trying to apply for non Imm O retirement, they can make it unnecessarily difficult with the intention to push you to an agent, happened to me, but sadly complaining to anyone won't help may make things worse
