Yep, if i wouldn't use a pool why would i want one. Back in UK virtually zero apartments have pools. Where i eventually bought hardly anyone uses the pool

Just passed it, never stayed there. Pools are unnecessary really, most people use for a few weeks then never again. I was looking for a condo with no pool, only 2 in Pattaya i could find, one being Pattaya Pad. I live Pratumnak now, so glad i chose that condo

Well, maybe agents will double what they currently charge, if 800k goes up. Stupid anyway, criminal record check 1 time only is the solution

With the 800k being dead money, worth less and less every year not sure why anyone would be happy with it increasing

I like Soi Arunothai, same soi as Nirun, so i checked out Pattaya Pad, another cheap place, no pool which was a positive at the time, one of the things that put me off was an elderly American with dementia or something shouting and making a scene about nothing, you get these types too in last chance saloon

Yep a criminal record check when people first apply for a retirement extension makes a lot of sense, I've said they should have been doing that for years, they can choose to ignore petty crimes etc from long ago if they wish

Problem is many people make mistakes, maybe buy in girlfriends name, then there's the illegal Thai company, they usually aren't aware of the yearly accounting fees and the tax liability when the company closes

Opens ok for me, file is emailed to you then click on it, you will be prompted to pick an app to use, i use adobe You can view details by clicking on the attached file and entering the following password. The password format is: DDMMYYYY DD is your date of birth MM is your month of birth YYYY is your year of birth For example, if your birthday is 5 January 1970, your password is 05011970. -

Are you still doing boring tourist temple treks? best avoided, can't say i know them all but there's a big budda at the top of Pratumnak hill if that's what you mean. Have you been to Nang Ram beach? probably the best, very popular with Thais, few tourists
