    I can understand people want to complain when trying to apply for non Imm O retirement, they can make it unnecessarily difficult with the intention to push you to an agent, happened to me, but sadly complaining to anyone won't help may make things worse

    I would look at Sattahip, with all the flyovers almost compete you can get from Pattaya to Sattahip on Sukhumvit in 20 minutes

    Some of the VTs have a fee per condo rather than by M², something like 500-1000 baht a month, so a studio pays the same as a huge one, I think VT2 and VT6 work on that basis, not sure about the others, obviously double units pay double

    At the time i had a card and they classed baht and ruble the same as volatile currencies, they had hidden charges at the weekend in calculating the rate, hidden in the small print, most didn't realise
