That doesn't make much sense, the 1m baht elite visa is gone for good, the 800k you can spend anytime you want and move to Income method, combi method, agent or even marry a fake girlfriend
Health insurance 200k-300k if it's even possible at 76, plus lots of exclusions no doubt so you'll need to self insure for that. Everything else pretty cheap if you can control yourself. 40k-70k a month

They won't charge it if the card is expired, also cancel the 20 baht a month via the branch, usually it's for SMS notifications. I cancelled my card on the Kasikorn app, maybe you can do with Bangkok Bank also
