Second hand prices are good, i just sold a 125i Click which meant the 5 years i had it it cost 4,500 baht a year. Great bike that, perfect for around town. I've just bought a 160 Click and it's very good, feels smooth, certainly more power than you'll ever need. Shop around for prices, for example Mityon dealers in Pattaya charge an extra 5k so look out of town if you care

Maybe the answer is humidity, low season here is hot and humid, feels hotter than the temperature, then in high season when it cools, humidity is lower

If you have the financials correct don't worry about it, provide the info. If it's using an agent with no financials then yes something to worry about

Windmill is very popular but currently fuglies as no QC in there, sometimes they get lucky. Maybe a few months it will be better. Dollhouse, naked ladies, again quality has gone downhill since covid, maybe better in a few weeks\months, but worth a look
