Depends on the machine i use 1 baht water machines. If you see others using the machine then go for it. Not sure I'd trust bottled water from water delivery companies, no gaurantees they're cleaned and new filters used on time -
i either have Jam or marmite on toast. It's better if people don't treat food as entertainment

A similar claim I recently heard about (different medical condition) the insurer cancelled the policy immediately because they said pre-existing condition not declared, but they did refund all premiums paid, you could try that. The person concerned is also taking the insurer to court

Diabetes is caused mainly by the western diet, fatty junk, not carbs alone. Do a search on drmcdougall.com and you'll find everything you need or look on his youtube channel, I'm not doing it for you
