    You went to the wrong places, you need to do a little research to prevent wasting a night out in walking st. Go to the agogos not bars, the good agogos are packed at 9-10pm, Friday I couldn't get a seat in Pin-up, Palace. XS new one has 100+ girls in full with customers

    Before moving in you agree the owner\manager\agent will do TM30 or any fines that you suffer will be taken out of rent, so in your case you shouldn't have moved in, schoolboy error

    Getting to Sukhumvit on a motorbike is easy enough, car will be a ball ache most places in and around Pattaya

    Chubb seems to be a small player here, I've only seen it once for personal accident which wasn't good cover. Maybe that's the Thai company. I've not seen anyone post that they have Chubb health insurance

    I like living in Pratumnak,lots to offer around, personally i go central for entertainment. Quiet where i live night time apart from occasional loud exhaust, plus bonus being on a hill is no flooding issues

    I have a doctor at a clinic i go to charges 100 baht, I don't know for sure he is a doctor, but wears a white coat, that's good enough for me

    Unless someone has learning difficulties or very elderly it's easy to do yourself, staff guide you anyway

    i think the Elite is classed as a tourist visa so can only get 2 year licence

    Agents can't do it any quicker, still have to wait for appointment weeks later
