I'm very familiar with the rules but the duty free where always allowed when the security was still at the old location straight after the transfer immigration counters. Only after they centralised the security at A and B concourse where they doing difficult.

As i don't have hold luggage i would like to bring it in my carry-on as they are sealed in the duty free bags. Yes i know this and the bottles will be in the appropriate sealed duty free bags with the recept visible as required. Hopefully somebody here has first hand experience ????

Hi all, I have a question about my duty-free alcohol. I will be flying from Amsterdam to Bangkok and then to Phuket. As my BKK-HKT flight is on a separate ticket I must clear immigration in Bangkok and continue as a domestic passenger to Phuket. (only hand luggage) My duty free (+/- 2 bottles) with be in the sealed duty-free bags with the receipt visible etc. Does anybody know if I can take the duty free in my hand luggage on the domestic flight from BKK to HKT ?

It should be possible again as i see the fast track girls/boys working at the airport the last few time i arrived.

Good luck getting a official taxi from the airport to Patong for 500 baht. The published and only excepted rate is 800 Baht to Patong from the airport.

If i read it correctly they will also only issue a 30 extension instead of the 60 day. ( please correct me if i'm wrong)

Phuket immigration does not require proof that the 800 K is from abroad.

It also depends in which area you are living. In some areas 3BB is very good and in other areas other providers are good. I life in Kathu and have 3BB fiber for many years and are very happy about it. If there is a issue it is quickly resolved and the help desk speaks good English.

It is not decided and/or published yet if the CE will continue. The immigration offices are not informed yet about what will happen with the CE.

Good advice and always keep a copy or better the original of the court papers. Provide copies to immigration or others if requested.
