No, it is NOT NEGLECT, if there are no signs. However it is, if there are signs AND your dogs attack and injure someone that you knowingly knew the danger This was in a court case last week about posting danger dog signs and had bitten someone. Just saying.. -

Been coming to Thailand since 1980.. A lot has changed after 2010/2015. Before 2000 you hardly seen any African males on Sukhumvit.. Maybe 1 or 2. After 2008...the African female hookers were all over the place on Suk, soi 3 and 5....also the Arabs started coming in droves.. Used to work at a big hotel there. Used to work a big hotel in Pattaya as well before the chaos started. Used to actually like going there.- 73 replies

As a Chef, I always could choose the best foods to eat, sure I'd have my fill of fast food burgers, pizza and other crap when I was growing up. January 1st, 2024...started a vegetarian diet, no alcohol no meat, seafood, fish most dairy except Greek yoghurt... Lost 40 pounds, lifted weights, running, walking... Etc. BEST DECISION in quite a few years, new clothes, new outlook, when I glance in the mirror it's a new me... Just need a few more pounds to get to 165. Just moved from Portland Oregon to San Antonio Texas.. Last week. Sometimes ya do something for yourself. Alter the direction. -
More likely Muslims in that area.. Filled with hookah shops, kebab and useless unemployed government assisted men with nothing to do. Bravo France.. GREAT OLYMPIC ADVERTISING..

Bangkok for me in most part is affordable, great food, it's sort of a central hub where I can run into expat friends, coworkers and acquaintances. Worked here for a couple years also Singapore, Hong Kong, Myanmar and Shanghai. Lots of things to do if you know the city. I belong to a Bangkok photography club and venture to a lot of places 99% of expats don't know... Anyways.. My favorite city
