Putting up with the appalling driving is a small price to pay for living in this wonderful country.
But while we're all letting off a bit of frustration,
Up here in Esaan, the local government, in its wisdom, has started to build roundabouts everywhere.
The only problem is, nobody seems to have a clue how to use them.
They eather stop on the roundabout, and give way (yield) to approaching traffic, or pull out on me from the left when I'm on the roundabout.
I think they should show a public information film during the commercial break of all the Thai drama's, or stop building them and replace them with Fai deng.

Not sure if you're a troll or not, but just in case you're not,
It looks like you've recently come into 30,000€, and you're looking to come to Thailand, and blow it in some female company.
My advice is to leave 27,000€ in the bank and just come with 3,000€.
Trust me.

I used to walk my dog on another beach near there every morning.
Weather conditions at sea would dictate the amount of debris washed up on the shore line.
I remember it being particularly bad after the Japanese sunami.

Im 100% sure that living in Thailand is safer than living in the city in the UK where I grew up.
Ive been here 12 years now, and was find, even though, let's say, they have a totally different approach to policing, for them, it seems to work better than the UK.
As for house breaking, you will find it's mostly family members with drug problems.
Not the organised gangs that you get in the UK.

I've had dealings with several builders here in Thailand, and also several lawyers.
Some of the builders where bad, but some where good.
Unfortunately, none of the good ones are in the Udon area.....but when it comes to the lawyers, they all took the money and run.
Trust me, you would be better letting it go, before it costs you more money, plus your faith in humanity

Every IO has their own interpretation of the rules.
My advice would be to phone, or attend before you are due to next report, and explain your situation, then follow the advice given.

The best thing I recently bought would probably be the bottle of gin I picked up in lotas..
Haven't opened it yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
The best thing I never bought would have to be the six cans of tonic water that I forgot to pick up while I was there.

Not sure if I'm allowed to name apk's on the forum, but not only do most offer downlooadable content, but you can also set subtitle language in each apk.
For instance, I set film+ to play English subs, but set novatv in Thai in case the boss of the house fancies watching.

Lots of android apk's offer download able versions as well as streaming.
I don't use a hard drive myself, but I imagine you could use the one that you have with just about any android tv box

Maybe someone with better knowlage can confirm this, but I read somewhere that 110cc ans under are insurance exempt?
If there's any truth in that, then the wave 110 is the bike you're looking for.

Thanks NSD. Remember trying that with yellowing lenses on car headlights, but just tried it on this and doesn't seem to have any effect. (Maybe I shouldn't have used the "sensitive" version?)
Maybe put a hair dryer or heat gun over it?
Your last resort is always chemicals.
Something will remove it...
You just have to find out what.

You could try using a bit of colgate toothpaste on a micro fibre cloth, on a part of the visor that isn't in your line of vision.
If you can get it clear, then do the whole lot, and replace it with a lightly tinted film.
Seen the colgate thing done on YouTube with glasses with uv coating.

I believe that Scottish pounds need to be repatriated through the consulate, as apposed to the bank of England, so it's more expensive to change.
My friend went all the way to cao San Road once from phuket and changed it no problem,
But that was before covid, and before they moved the street traders on.
If I were you, I would ask on the pattaya forum.

Mine is down too, also taptv.
Swiftstreams is OK.

Why not just keep the Bangkok plates?
Many people buying cars in the provinces choose bkk plates over local, as they believe they are treated better by the boys in brown when travelling.

Never heard of bluestax, but I downloaded it from filelinked via chrome and it works and updates itself with no issues.

My AIS fiber internet speed is pretty fast using power 4 special mash router 200/200 Mbps paying 950 baht a month but still get a lot of buffering when watching ITPV that has 13,000 channels on it for US$25 a year subscription, so i though maybe if i'll upgrade the box i'll have a smoother viewing experience hence this post to solicit ideas and feed backs...
You could try factory reset, then install the iptv app again and log in.
Maybe that will work before having to fork out for a new box.
The one you have is still pretty decent.

I don't know how deadly it is, but a spoonful go's into wy windscreen wiper water along with a drop of detergent.
Keeps the insects off the window, and a bottle lasts a couple of years.

Before buying a new box,
Why don't you try closing all background apps, as over time, they affect the speed of your device, and create buffering.
There's a dedicated app to close background apps, but I forget the name.
Google will know it.
Its available on the bulk downloader that starts with F and ends with Linked.
Also, you could factory reset your box, then it will auto update to the latest available version.
But then, you would have to install your favourite apps again.

In my opinion, you're carrying a big heavy back pack full of bitterness and resentment toward your brother.
Warrented or not, it won't do your wellbeing any good at all.
Just let it go and move on and try to be happy.
Console yourself with the fact that all that stuff that you left in the garage, you have done without it for all those years, so you don't really need it, and if you're ever in a similar position in future, just sell everything before you leave.

I hear you brother,
But immigration laws in most countries in the world, if not all, are designed to protect that particular state,
And thailand is no different.
Not being able to return once you leave the country could happen just about anywhere at the moment.
That's not thailands fault.
This virus could see us all off if countries didn't enforce strict rules on travel.

12v recessed down lights for bathroom
in The Electrical Forum
Posted
Im no expert,
But it it where me fitting the lights, the only time I would install 12v, would be if my power supply was 12v.
220v with low watt Led would do for me.
Having transformers inside my ceiling space wouldn't be ideal for a few reasons, the main one being access when maintaining or replacing.
