What is your flat roof made from?
When rain falls on a roof, it needs to drain off somewhere.
Is the roof holding water?
If so, then applying any kind of sealant would be useless.
You need to check that any rainfall has an unblocked outlet, and that water isn't sitting up there.
If it is, then that would more than likely be your problem.

It's made me realise that it's safer to be here than in the UK.

Mango harvest season ended about a month ago.
There are lots of different types of mango, and some take longer than others to mature, so don't be disheartened.
Also, now is a very good time to prune your trees for them to grow better.
You can cut back any low branches that are close to the ground, so when they do eventually fruit, you won't have any mango's growing on the floor like watermelons.

no Youtube app, no Play store and no location on LINE (so you can use location-related services). I don't really care about that stuff - the Huawei app store seems fine and I can watch Youtube through the browser.
I think you would be able to download YouTube, by typing in the search engine, "download YouTube apk android" then downloading the apk and installing it onto your phone.
You may have to give permission to download from unknown sources in your settings.
If it asks, it's OK, then you'll have the YouTube app on your homescreen.

Kings Project in Chiang Mai
Cheers worgeordie,
That's good to know.
We went there once a few years ago, but didn't notice any.
Will look next time for sure.

That's a lovely bike.
Don't see them about though.
Mainly see a lot of steeds on the road.
Good luck.

Laughable, but still better than the current option ????

You may be better applying for a schengen visa to visit a different EU country, then travel from there to tenerife.
There is also the alternative of a football tour related visa, that many Thais choose to cut through red tape.

Congratulations on your win.
I always thought it was a scam.
Now I know its actually possible to win, I'll look at it in a different light, but still swerve it ????

I've got vary focal lenses from top chareon, and I have to say, the frames are good, but the quality of the lenses aren't as good as lenses producesed in EU labs.
There's a fantastic online company in the UK called selectspecs.
If you pick frames and send prescription, they will deliver to UK adress.
Very very cheap.

I bought it 1 or 2 years ago to replace my broken iPhone.
I will never buy another iPhone again.
This is a great phone for me.

If you grow jalapeños in Thailand, I think youll have a que around the corner to buy them.
My wife looks for them in makro every time we go, but they're only available on the odd occasion.

Is it called fly fishing, by J. R. Hartley?
Without a title, a uther, or publisher, that's a hell of a long shot.
Please update us if you find it, and good luck with your search.

The engine in the ranger has been used worldwide in various forms, in many diesel cars and trucks.
I would say its a very good engine, even though I drive a Toyota myself.

I would say you've been burned on average, around 1300bht.
Here in the sticks, I pay 400 to a local chan, but if I want a company to drive 120km round trip from ubon, it would cost 1000bht.

Im not sure that this is the case the guy has arthritis. So exercise hurts. I doubt that it gets worse through exercise.
I get it if some guy like me who has a shoulder injury takes it and does shoulder exercises. That would be bad as then you go through pain that acts as a warning signal. In the case of arthritis the pain is not a warning signal but there all the time.
Question is more how bad is taking painkillers twice a week. Personally think that can be done. But lets wait for Sheryll to comment.
I agree that taking pain killers twice a week will do nothing wrong at all.
I just don't get the taking them in anticipation of pain, brought on by exercise.
I hope the op can find a solution.
I know there's not many better feelings than feeling fit after the gym, but be it arthritis or something else, pain is an important part of how your body works, and if it's giving you a message, then you shouldn't ignore it.
The op stated that he takes meds before exercise, so I assume that other than after the gym, that the pain is eather none exist ant, or bearable.

I wear my boxers until the elastic in the waistband becomes saggy, then I turn them inside out. ????
I sleep butt naked, but have a pair of shorts next to the bed in case of fire, but a few times, when we've had guests, I've slept in a pair of this seasons new balance liverpool shorts, and I have to say, it's the closest thing to sleeping naked.
For that reason only, I'm not looking forward to the new Nike kit ????

Did you talk to the otop center in your nearest town or city?
Not only they may have members with the skills to make the huts for you, but it would also be a good contact for promotional purposes.
-
I'm no doctor, but I would call what you are doing wrong.
Professional athletes may take pain killers before a game or contest, but you're just a normal guy who's maybe not listening to his body.
What about a less strenuous form of exercise, that doesn't put a load on the area where the pain is?

Anybody use HomePro for condo refurb?

I never heard of this service.
As long as they send dedicated skilled, trained teams for each individual job, and not the same gang of teenagers that hang around in store, then it might be at best, very convenient.
I would have a bit more faith in a team from a dedicated trade shop, or even IKEA.
