I would expect to pay 5 to 7 thousand for a bike that old.
Saying that, I do have a soft spot for the old nouvo... A good service and maybe a new belt, and it will run like new.

Hey!
Are you married to my missus too?, ????

There's a natural products company here in Thailand called life group.
They have a logo like a pine tree.
You could try them if you don't just make your own from lemon juice / vinigar / sodium bicarbonate

A lot of people saying you have nothing to sell.
I disagree.
If you have contact with the developer, and you have a chanote for the house, then you put the new owner on the chanote.
He pays you, and he negotiates a new lease with the developer.
The price of the lease will probably be shared between you and the developer.

Surely in this day a d age there is no aspestos in roof tiles?
Ive seen these product about, and I recall building a chicken house roof using it.
I just took for granted that they don't use it in manufacturing any more.

Agreed, I also let out a little subdued giggle and got a funny look off her indoors...
Told with the skill of a comedy writer ????

If you buy one, you can offset the cost against the price you payed for the bike, which is zero.
I would be happy with that.. Good little bike too.

If you liked the tiger, why don't you go for the newer champ?

Any big name glasses shop will test your eyesight and give you a printout of the result.
There is no obligation to buy frames.

The repair method that you described is common all over the world including the UK.
My advice is don't worry about it, but try not to drive on unpaved roads, as you're picking up an unusual amount of punctures for some reason.

The BBC have new software that can detect the use of vpn.
Next will be Netflix I think.

I'm no expert, but if your none B is good until December, can't you just get a 90 day stamp at the IO after July 31st?
-
Updated bank book may be required in addition to letter.

I've read so many IO horror stories, that it's nice to read a good one.
I think the provincial offices must be easier to deal with than the resort offices and their agent culture.
All the same, we'll done the op.

Don't be offended, but have you tried the reset trip button on the shower heater
I second what worgeordie said.
On our shower, it's inside the cover.
If it trips, I have to remove the cover, and press a little button down until it clicks.
Its in between 2 connections on the top of a small copper tank.

Flew from hh to kl a few years ago.
It was very convenient, except there was no parking at the airport.
Luckily enough, I discovered this the day before departure, so was able to leave the car at the hotel and take a taxi.
Maybe they've addressed the issue by now, but beware in case they haven't.

Keep all proof that you sent her money.
You need to put her in court and apply for parental responsibility.
The court will expect you to provide for your child,
And will allow you visiting rights.
Your ex won't be able to stop you from seeing your child as long as you keep up the payments that you agree on in court.
The court is a family cour, where there is at least some emphasis on the child's welfare, and the agreement will be done through mediation, in a room with your ex and child, plus lawyers acting on your behalf, and normally a judge acting as mediator.
In this type of environment, you'll find your ex to be a lot easier to deal with.
Last piece of advice.
Try to negotiate the bare minimum of payment, then you can spoil your child yourself, without having to hand it over to your ex.

My situation is vertually identical to you'rs, retirement change to marriage, only I needed my bank book updated on the day, and I got a visit at home.
All seems good, and I have to attend on the same day as you.
Like they say, every IO has their own way of doing things, but hopefully we all get there in the end.

If mobdro doesn't work on ios, you could try TVtap or redboxtv.
I don't have ios, so not sure if it works, but there's a bulk download app called filelinked.
Its not on appstore so you would have to Google the download.
You'll need codes to find the apps, but these are available on an app on playstore, and probably appstore that lists them and sends notifications of new codes.
Its very easy once you get your head around it, and it opens up a lot of choice for TV and movie viewing.

You'll need photos of you inside the property, and they will come out and visit you. They might even ask for your friend to come with you to the office before they consider the application.
I hope your Thai friend is 100% with the program, because I've never met a Thai who can tell fibs to the authorities.
Its just not in their dna.
Can't you just rent a room per month in the area, and don't tell your landlord of your plan to relocate?

I would advise against a xiomi, as I hear that you are very limited to the streaming sources.
If you read up on them, you may find that I'm wrong,
But I would advise you changing to a amizon firestick, or android tv box.
There are several Apk's available on both, that will allow you to watch Thai TV.
Kraken TV is the best at the moment.
You will be spoiled for choice for Western TV and movies , but thailand is a little bit obscure when in comes to the international streaming scene.
For that reason, I would also recommend the new streaming box from true.
I believe its free at a true store if you have true Internet, and allows you to stream all Thai satellite channels for free through an Internet connection, as long as your Internet provider is true.
I heard this from a true rep last week, but it's possible that ais have a similar promotion.

I often drive from Surin to chachensaou (sorry for spelling)
I drive on the small road via Sa keaw and kabin.
The rout is peppered with yellow busses with pattaya - mukdaHan written on the side.
Its a very nice drive, and not busy, so quicker than the korat route. I believe it starts from the south as highway 331.

I cancelled an order before paying, but later, I ordered the item again, and payed with one of the mentioned banks.
Order was successful.
Received a sms from the bank saying if it wasn't me, to contact them urgently.

I have never owned cattle, but can identify one or two breeds by sight, and the cows on those pics look real to me, if not a little bit skinny.
