I have had three refunds from Lazada where the money is refunded to my account . I have always paid COD when using Lazada . However on the last refund I opted for the package to be picked up at home rather than take the package to Kerry . We had the same problem as somebody had the wires connected wrong into the meter from the grid. It doubled our usage and we asked PEA to be compensated which resulted in no offer from them . It took PEA many attempts over a few days to find the problem which i found surprising.
