    Australia is more than happy to rob the individuals that have paid into a pension system and deny there payments? There key policy is to deny payment illegally .

    Good news the two countries are buddies . Perhaps they will make a bilateral international social agreement between Australia and Thailand which would make it possible for many people with pension points in Australia to be paid out while living in Thailand. At the present time the Australians refuse to pay up unless you go and live in Australia for two years.

    Many hotel chains consider burning incense the same as smoking in the room . Why ? because not all want the smell of incense around them.

    We have a ADV 160 and a click 160 . The ADV rides speed bumps far better than the click and has superior brakes. The adv is not so manouverable in the city traffic and that is when i choose the click, bumpy ride or not.

    In five years of hosting using Airbnb with 5 listings i have never given a bad review. If I am not happy with the guest I give no review. If the guest gives a bad review I try and have it removed . Not always successful I may add.

    I sypothise with the Russian when trying to explain to a Thai hairdresser. Once i was asked if I want one or a two , I replied i came for a haircut not the toilet .

    Not such a dumb idea living in a high rise building . Ask an insurance company what they think you should do .

    Never a good policy to leave a open valve to a washing machine hose when living in a high rise building for obvious reasons . Move the washing machine valve where you can turn it on and off for when you want to use the machine and turn off after use .

    Why bother voting, not much to choose from . However if a party announced that the UK would make a social agreement with the Australian government that would get my interest. Then I may have a chance to get something from the pension points earned in Australia.
