Never a good policy to leave a open valve to a washing machine hose when living in a high rise building for obvious reasons .
Move the washing machine valve where you can turn it on and off for when you want to use the machine and turn off after use .

Why bother voting, not much to choose from .
However if a party announced that the UK would make a social agreement with the Australian government that would get my interest. Then I may have a chance to get something from the pension points earned in Australia.

anyone want to defend this with rose colored glasses ?
deep thoughts with jack handy......surprise the entire world gives 2 f's about this whole thing and not a single country speaking up about it. shows how important thailand is on the world stage.
Diplomacy being shown by countries around the world which has little to do with how important Thailand is.

BP updated on this yesterday. the headline in the BP says....draft bill on cannabis not finished says cholnan. what was forwarded was the health ministries views on the subject.
then he goes on to state it is his firm belief that cannabis should be used strictly as medical. HIS VIEWS is the key phrase here.
a khao san road business rep went on to say that it possibly generates 20 to 30 mb alone for khao san road per month. multiply that throughout the countries tourist areas and you have a large sum of money.
VERY large.
And possibly a large amount of problems amongst the buyers too .

Sorry, but you lost the track. It was all about one single word and orthographic. Nothing else. Your phantasy of having different opinions in relation to spidermike is hilarious and awesome. And concerning the rest of posters I wouldn't vouch for. Good that you do.
Anyway, thank you for your precious correction.🙏
Anyone should see you are the one that has lost the track.
Hopefully you can regain control .

Very smart...😂. Of course hearsay, what else in this context? Thank you having switched on your brain☺️. Not common here in general 😁
Thank you having switched on your brain . Not common here in general .
Contentious remarks .
Spidermike has a switched on brain i have seen over the years .
If one differs in his opinion that does not mean his brain is not switched on and that would go for the rest of the posters here .

A Nation with absolutely zero respect for human life.
Driving on the highway near Bangna Central, and this dude in a luxury car, sped past me at about 150 km, dodging traffic and using all 4 lanes over-taking cars. Just ******* unbelievable.
A Nation with zero respect for law or human life . That is believable

Make the offender aware of your disgust and perhaps the offender will make the first strike . Then you become more within the law in that you were forced to defend yourself.

There's plenty of shady trees for the cops to park under and collect donations between Bkk and Chiang Mai or Nong Khai!
I think there are easier and better ways for them to make money .

Commissions charged are to owners / Hosts are nothing to ask about as Agoda are open with what they charge .
I avoid using Agoda as they are slow to pay out money owing . Airbnb send payment within 24 hours of the guest arrival . . Agoda pay out at least a week and often longer after the guest has checked out .
Airbnb are a better company to deal with regarding all aspects of hosting guests in my opinion .
That said the price that Airbnb is charging for there service to the guests has increased considerably the last 18 months .
Yet we still have a good occupancy rate thanks to Airbnb .

OK, now it gets harder. Please take great care!!
First check with your meter that you have a high resistance between the N bar and the E bar (power off of course)
Assuming that's OK.
Disconnect about half of the blue wires from the neutral bar and then try the RCD.
If it stays on, then connect the blue wires one by one until it doesn't (ideally you should use an insulation tester, but one assumes you don't have one).
Otherwise pull the remaining blue wires, hopefully with them all off the RCD stays on.
You are trying to isolate which neutral has an issue to earth.
So, connect your blues one by one, trying the RCD each time. Hopefully you will end up with one that trips the beast.
"All" you have to do then is check that circuit for damp / ants / rat damage etc.
.
OK, thank you again , I will try tomorrow what you suggest as i need to keep the power on to the house for now .
Dampness and rats are not an issue .
Thank you for your time , I appreciate your help.

Unless something is actually fizzing, I doubt there's an issue there (at least not one that would cause your RCD problems).
Step by step, no point throwing money at it until we know what's actually wrong.
Agree

Well, with that bond the RCD has no chance of remaining on.
If you want to implement a MEN system the bond must be between the E bar and the INCOMING neutral (so the blue wire on the main switch).
So, for now remove the link so we can see if you still have RCD issues.
OK , thank you . I will try what you suggest . It makes sense
It will take a while , i will get back to you . Thanks again

Its covered for sure .
I think the bar where the breakers are pushed into has a problem but not sure why.
Thinking to buy just the distribution box and remove the existing box

Its covered for sure .

Ah, maybe I see it.
Is that a green/yellow from the bottom of the N bar round to the E bar?
With that link there it's not surprising the RCD won't stay on.
Do you have an earth rod?
I have an earth rod shared with the distribution box above in the house.
That wire is a bonding from the earth to negative bar.
I had problems installing the RCD before that bonding was installed

OK, let me get this right.
The large MCCB (the white unit at the top) connects to the incoming supply which is split by those two (lethal, please put the covers on) connector blocks one branch of which feeds your distribution board. Correct?
The supply polarity now looks correct, please verify with your neon (should light on the brown wire).
With the supply off, please check for a resistance between the N bar (all the blue wires) and the E bar (green/yellow wires), you should see a very high resistance / open circuit there.
The covers are on , they are clear plastic covers .
I have checked the polarity and all is correct

The black and grey feeding the bottom of your main breaker are POTENTIALLY the wrong way round going by colour codes (not really a reliable indication but worth investigating).
Do you have a multimeter? Or at least a neon-screwdriver?
Please tell me you're not swapping the main breaker for the RCD with the supply live.
I have a clamp multi meter and a neon screwdriver
Risk of bursting washing machine water hose?

Not such a dumb idea living in a high rise building .
Ask an insurance company what they think you should do .
