    just forget about claiming your bank tax refund, not worth the hassle for such a small amount. I am in the same situation as you, I had my local tax office do my taxes and they did it for free. Didn't even ask about the bank tax as I deducted that off of my US taxes.

    So you worked in Thailand, different scenario than someone who just sent money in from overseas. They also did mine for free, and by adding my wife on I owed no taxes, and this was all from money sent from overseas. I didn't claim my bank tax, deducted it on my US taxes.

    I am using Bangkok Bank, I signed some papers with them and get the advices sent every month to my email. It has worked perfect for the last three months. First three months still showed FTT.

    looking like the only ones that got their deposit are those with Bangkok Bank accounts that are ACH transfers from Bangkok Bank NY. Just checked with the wife and she still has not gotten hers. in the past her deposit alway came before mine.

    Hey at least the dollar is going up, I got paid in the morning of the third and the dollar had dropped to 32.52 it is now at 32.74, a silver lining.

    I st mine up for direct deposit to Thailand nine years ago. I have been lucky no issues. Does your deposit when it comes says FTT

    Is your deposit routed through Bangkok Bank NY, mine is. Wife doesn't get hers through NY

    I got mine on the third through Bangkok Bank. Wife gets hers through Krungthai bank and as of ten minutes ago still has not received hers.

    He just submitted it at the Embassy, they don't do passports in Bangkok.

    US Embassy in Bangkok has not done passports for many years. They are sent to the US for processing.
