  2. so why is the guy in the buriram post being put through the 3rd degree/
  3. I just read this post about how strict it is to enter Buriram. What about neighbouring Surin? I know its a different province but has anyone recently entered or do you know the rules to enter Surin? thanks
  4. No. The yellow bank will give farang a visa with no deposit after showing 6 months of salary/ WP.
  5. https://www.smh.com.au/world/aussie-in-thai-protests-deported-20100907-14zdk.html I met conor in sihanoukville (a few times) prior to his little deportation. The last time I saw him we had a few beers in a bar and went halves in the bill. I couldnt believe it when he walked home with me and started to ask if he could borrow some money. I said no several times and started to feel a little intimidated to be honest. In the end I gave him some old cambodian note worth about 30c. That guy was a piece of work...
  6. Thanks for the info. I dont really drive around thailand a lot. I hate to ask but do you know the names of the towns on each of these signs that Im looking out for above? Or is it easiest to just look for the number on each sign period. thanks
  7. Obviously I will open up google maps when I do drive Rayong to HH. But I have some big printed maps and was trying to see which roads to take. Can you correct me if Im on the right track here: - Starting in Rayong drive up the 344 road - Then hwy 3 - Then hwy 9 - Then hwy 35 - Then hwy 4 down to HH Is this correct? We obviously want to avoid bkk thanks
  8. Yes, I was trying to help old neeranam who is confused about the whole topic. He said 'If gaining Citizenship by marriage to a Thai, you don't need to sing the National anthem and the Royal anthem. You don't need a Thai passport to buy land, a passport is just for travelling to other countries. '
  9. <removed> Here you go: https://www.thaicitizenship.com/thai-citizenship-for-foreigners-married-to-a-thai/ Next time please learn how to use google
  10. You're wrong. It is a requirement. Im too old and lazy to send you a link but it is a requirement to do that sing song for citizenship
  11. This is a no brainer but if they completely overhaul the police commission system so that they only get 3% instead of 30% it means that all that money goes back to the governments coffers. Spend it on improving Thailand. Give proper pensions to the old aged folks, better social security- medical and dental. Improve all hospitals. I know an old thai lady in her 70s who has to ride her push bike around to the restaurants selling fake orange juice. The government should take the corruption money away from these guys and give oldies a pension. If 1 dodgy cop has assets of 600mill I now understand why Thailand is just a 'developing' country. If things don't change now its a real joke..... Its like Thailand is stuck in the 1980's or whatever. Rant over.
  12. OP is talking about PR. But if he is married, has WP for 3 yrs and pays taxes.... THEN he can start to apply for 'Citizenship' and therefore bypass PR and go direct for citizenship. Obviously this might take a few more yrs and he will have to learn how to sing the national anthem etc. But he can then get a thai passport and buy land here.
  13. Terrible advice. Ignore this comment. Register with bitkub. Send funds, Buy your crypto, send to your trezor hardware wallet. End of story.
  14. Im surprised that anyone would bother writing a thread asking about true visions. What a waste of time
  15. today I received an email from bumrungrad offering moderna. you should ring them
  16. You're definitely an aussie! Don't cry on your pillow tonight. I can be sure of the fact that I bought bitcoin and ethereum a long time before you ever did. Its still sitting on my trezor and nano hardware wallets. Have a great day in the nanny state of oz...
  17. Im sure all the other holders of ADA are thinking the same. The ones that own 32,145,348,141 circulating tokens of ADA. You will be waiting a long time for that to reach $10AUD. 10 baht more likely
  18. Come on or should I say dream on. The current circulating supply of ADA is. 32,145,348,141 Multiply that by $12 and think about where all the buyers are going to come from. ha ha
  19. I agree. ADA will probably have major scaling issues and crack under pressure like ethereum did years ago. I think its overpriced and hyped to the max
  20. Carry a copy of your private health insurance. You will need it. Crazy drivers are everywhere. Quite dangerous to be on a bike.
  21. Its always for a 'friend'. Its a nice touch to this thread but we dont believe you. We know its you
  22. except when some <deleted> cuts me off and causes me stress on the roads...
