Im middle aged living in LOS. Ive been doing sit ups (and sometimes push ups) since the age of 20 every morning and night. I do fast walks/ mini run with my dog 2 times a day. But actually I had an issue with my foot for several months and couldn't run as much. Have noticed my gut is quite large now since the foot injury. Fast walking just doesnt cut it or maybe its too short a distance what Im doing. I celebrated a birthday the other day and had pizza and choco cake and more cake today. It seems anytime I eat bad food my gut gets so huge. It really sucks as I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted and no issues. Generally speaking I have a health diet and rarely drink booze these days A few months ago I had full blood checks including thyroid. All normal. Ive always been a slim/ skinny guy. I think my metabolism is just slowing down. I also have some E.D issues but my testosterone levels are normal. The other day I had a big fry up English breakfast and soon after my wife wanted some action. I couldn't get a proper erection. Its horrible to be in mid life with a growing gut. I even now drink skim milk which tastes like <deleted> and my 3 cups of British tea isnt as good anymore. In summary, Im getting fat, my sex life is no good anymore and my morning tea tastes like <deleted>. My wife finds all this funny. Any suggestions? thanks

We know 3 thais who presented with symptoms and did a 300 baht test. It showed positive result. Then they did the test at govt hospital and it also showed covid positive. I was surprised as I thought the same as you before this happened. True story.

I think the same as you to be honest. But if you did, for example, rent a place of your own that was semi remote you could always befriend one of the nearby homeless dogs on the street. They are excellent security. I have one for yrs. Thais are afraid of soi dogs.
