    If you're from the UK rent it to your council. 3-5 year contract, and they will return it at the end in the same condition as at the start. No agent taking a cut, and no messing with tenants.

    You'd need to give your requirements for medical weed. I smoke to reduce joint swelling/pain (arthritis) and help me sleep so 50%+ high THC indica hybrid works best for me. Sativa does nothing at all to help.

    Can't say I've seen many shirtless foreigners anywhere but on the beach or around a swimming pool. You get the odd tuk-tuk driver or Thai labourer walking around with no shirt, but that's about it. Guess it might be different in Pattaya, but that is a seaside resort. The fat police in their ultra tight shirts are a bit of an eyesore though!

    You've never seen the old foreigners in bars boasting about how spicy they can eat? I always equate it to a form of dementia, as if they've reverted to childhood, 'my dad can beat your dad' kind of game. I may be mistaken of course.

    Yep, I also cook Indian curries, and I sometimes cook Mexican .... but I've never mastered Chinese.

    She can't restrain herself from adding MSG and sugar to everything. I cook my own food, it's a lot safer.

    Thai food = rotting or poor quality meat with excess spices+ MSG + sugar added to disguise the nasty flavour. All cooked by people that never wash their hands after taking a dump. Don't even mention the liver flukes from rotting fish sauce. As for desserts, apple pie or mince pies is about my limit.

    If you catch the live rats, best to release them a couple of kilometres away, they're good at finding their was home.

    These traps work really well, about 50bht on Lazada. I use bread and jam for the bait, needs new bait every evening.

    She was arrested for running a shop and another business without a work permit. Deportation and blacklisting would be normal for this offense.

    My 'boss' rabbit definitely saw it as a threat, otherwise she wouldn't have called me for help. Hard to tell what any snake is in the dark.

    So last night around 9pm my 'queen' rabbit started stamping her feet. Went out and found this monster in her nighttime enclosure. Not sure if it was a danger to her or my kids, but it got the chop. A bit strange looking, not sure what snake is, or if it's even a snake.

    Most of us get big cash lump sums when we start our pensions, some have sold houses in their home countries. But our pension incomes are relatively small. If a single guy I could easily live here on 20kbht/month.
