    I heard a relative lot of Thai condos are owned by Chinese mainlanders. Do you seen any chance of a mass sell-off of these condos if China's property woes worsen? Edit: I guess they couldn't get the money out of Thailand?

    That in my mind is the beauty of Pattaya. It exists, so it doesn't have to exist elsewhere. Never been but I cherish Pattaya for that reason.

    Net win to move the pollution out of the cities. Last time I checked they don't build power plants in city centers. Also, 80% fossil fuels may be the current situation, but you know full well that its dropping. More and more renewable, also in Thailand.
