Sorry, you are just all wrong. I didn´t clear anything up. I stated my opinon. That is also something you are entitled to, due to that is what people do in a news forum.

I have a question, though. You sign that you stupidly thought the same thing about scammers galore? What are you meaning, and which category of people are you refering to as beeing scammers?

As a third fact. I have no intention or wish to be a voice to the people. Reason for that is in the explaination above regarding what we usually do in a forum.

If I to had made an entitled opinion on a certain sector, I would be derided from every angle my friend. One needs to box clever on tv. Otherwise, I'd be awash with conjecture so don't try goad me into that trap if you feel I've discredited your views.

Of course. So, you just said that it´s the blame of isaan women that US guys and other guys loose all their money, enter the country illegally or overstay? Have you ever been thinking about the lack of common sense and the possibility to live in reality, that is totally missing regarding theese guys that you think we should have so much sympathy for.

Same as saying that you should have sympathy for a bag of rice, just because it went empty. :cheesy:

I'm so glad you cleared that up for us TV members. I stupidly thought the same thing about scammers galore ................  Your clearly a voice for the people 'well done' you need commended ..............:passifier:

or... he was simply explaining what happened?

People snap sometimes... like the farang who got sucker punched for taking a bat to some guys car and trying to run him over after being slighty cut offed... or the farang who committed by murder by beating another guy to death because he thought the other guy was mistreating a woman.

some people have anger issues and loose control...  its a trait shared by humans not just thai people

I agree. However, nobody has the right to kill or maim people no matter where they come from. This is just another Psycho to add to recent murders that could have been easily avoided had they thought first before acting out any brutal attack.............................:post-4641-1156694572:

But. under archaic Thai labor laws, it is still a work permit violation, because he is only authorized to work in her jam factory, not at other locations.  Thai labor law was never brought current to include workers who are assigned to field work or digital nomads who can work from any location with an internet connection, including working from home.  A great guy, trying to help his adopted home, and still the Thais don't understand how their legal system and government screw the farang at every opportunity.

Probably, an arsonist trying to keep people in work ..........:stoner:

Remember when American's used to put Canadian flags on their backpacks so they could skip all the anti American hostility. Well I think the trend might reverse now. Not for anti Canadian sentiment but rather just deep and crushing embarrassment.

Trudeau is a Disgrace to the Canadian People. Personally, I hate him so much it hurts ...................:passifier::passifier:

You are probably correct... but not necessarily so.... if enough 'attacks' hit Chinese tourists it will almost definitely stop many from coming - they have a massive home-network of reviews and comments and recommendations, and many DO listen to positive and negative reviews (way more then westerners do!) It may not stop the greater masses, but it is possible that many will boycott Thailand, and by many i still mean masses!

Great, if that's the case ..... Hopefully, this story is one of many ...............

In the last ten days I've driven over two thousand  kilometres across fourteen provinces through numerous checkpoints. I was stopped about a dozen times, mostly being waved through with a smile.

Only three times was I asked any questions, "where are you going to?" each time. I was not asked for either my licence or I.D. at any time.

In seven years I've still never been asked to show my passport other than at an airport, immigration office or hotel check-in.

Get a real deep tan and you'll soon see a difference in Thai officials once they intercept your Journeys ....................:post-4641-1156694572:

The outcome does not matter, just as me predicting correctly who will win the World Cup soccer next time does not make me a prophet.

The point is to first hear both sides of the story and let fact finding tell which side is most accurate. Based on that sentencing should follow.

Most likely your prediction will be correct as it is much more likely that the nanny abused the child than the child showing self-harming tendencies. A simple statistical analysis would show that without even knowing any background of the story. But that doesn't mean that everyone who has a child with bruises should be in jail.

If you let every person in the world flip a coin with the goal to get "tails" as many times in a row, there is a good chance someone will manage to get tails 32 times in a row. That doesn't make him the "best coin flipper" in the world, it just makes him lucky.

Funny, you should say that. Yesterday we flipped the coin to see who buys the drinks. Needless to say, I called Heads and won lol ..................
